We almost ended up not going through them at all because he kept giving us the run around with the paperwork. But because Moe and his wife were nice we decided to. Big mistake! It wasnt a month later that we started having problems with the truck. All the blinkers and back lights went out, we had a blow out, and the fuel pump stopped working and stranded me at work. When we called to set up an appointment with Moe, so that he could fix these issues, he told us he didnt legally have to and it was up to us to get them fixed. I dont recommend this place because you dont really know what you are getting. He promised us that everything on the truck was new and had been fixed. That obviously wasnt the case. Part of the dash is already coming off and some of the holders are broken. They did enough to make everything look good but it all started falling apart shortly after the paperwork was signed. I recommend going somewhere else

The AC on my Mazda 2 stopped working. And i took it the a couple of auto shops that priced the work out to being over $1500.00. A Freind of mine told me about Royal Auto Group and how they helped him out alot. So i went to them to get a quote. The staff is very freindly and was able to get the work done for $500. When they where working on the my car there was a delay due to the parts so it took longer them was planned. They helped me out by lending my a car to get home so that i was able to come back the next day to pick it up. I am very happy with the service I received and will be going back again for future auto needs. Thank you again Royal Auto Group for your help keeping my ride cool during the summer.

I purchased a 14 VW Passat and was very hesitant because I had already been numerous places and was quoted prices above what I was willing to pay. Royal Auto gave me the best price I could find on the market and they were friendly, knowledgeable, and even went out of there way to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. The owner, Moe, was very adamant about making sure I had the right car to meet my needs. Other places I went did not seem to treat me with the honestly Moe displayed.
