I went to 5 other dealerships before I came to Fast and Furious, and I Left each one of them Extremely Furious, One of them told me the car I wanted was available when I called on the phone, then when I went to the dealership, and after waiting 2 hours then finally came back and told me the car I wanted was unavailable! Then I went to a dealership on camelback after seeing a car online for 5,000 I was going to trade in my car the finally told me they would give me 900 dollars for my 2001 honda accord (in great condition by the way) then told me the car I wanted would cost me 8,000 dollars.... Wait a minute.....the price online is 5,000 he said after all the fees they had taxes some kind of clear coat they put on all there cars Blah blah blah, I said Never mind give me my keys back! they kept my keys and the title to my car held them hostage for two more hours. I kept telling them I want my stuff and I want to leave! but they kept trying to sell me! it was one of the worst Experience of my Life! When I went to Fast & Furious. They were Very honest with me. I brought my 6 yr old daughter and they had us out in an hour. The whole Process took only an hour! thats crazy! these other dealers took and hour or more just to show me a car. and Fast & Furious had me in and out in an hour. not only that but every was explained very well. I pay 100.00 per paycheck and I have a 2006 ford explorer, with a 36,000 mile warranty that covers just about everything on my car! they charged me 360.00 and I looked around and all these other dealers charge 1,000 to 2,000 for the same warranty or for one not as good. Bottom Line is Fast & Furious Made my car buying fun like it is supposed to be! they made a customer for life and I will continue to go back to them for years to come. Thank you fast & furious for giving me my best car buying experience ever

Had the worst experience of my life. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT come in to do their tax program it is a scandal. They will tell you its a 99 dollar fee to file but these guys ended up taking a little over 300 out of my return and told me they would MATCH my refund for the down payment. Laura the corporate manager got mad at the fact they even mentioned the matching price to us so because I still didnt even have enough for a down payment (which I would have if they didnt do those horrendous fees) they had no choice but to honor it. On my 4th day coming back I was still short 132 dollars n I still have no car. They messed up my opportunity on getting a vehicle through my refund now and Im extremely pissed. The head owner Rob does not seem to care as well they lost out on a deal because they want to be greedy. The staff is ok but bad business all around I highly recommend for anybody not to participate in their tax program it is a joke. They also will keep you there for hours with assistance here and there to even see if youre alive but a lot of phone calls and confusion in the air the minute I stepped foot in there. I came here because it had great ratings but treated me horrible as a customer.

This is the first company I have been to that did not make me feel like I was being scammed or like they were willing to put my 2 year old son and I in any car they were very helpful in getting me a car that fit my budget and lifestyle Erik was saying through the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure that I left with a vehicle that I was happy with all if my payments and agreements were talked out with me. I will definitely be sending friends here to get their vehicles.

I dont recommend this place to anyone they are shady and lie so much. They damaged my vehicle. Cut main wire harness left wires just hanging on my exhaust. Broken dash board left all the bolts loose fell on my feet when I hit bump they took fuses and relays out and there mechanic left took on top of my truck which made a huge rust mark and damaged paint. And they said they didnt do it smh please stay away far away next is Bbb complaint and the court they will be held accountable.

I purchase a vehicle here and 3 days later they took the car back stated verification purposes and they refuse to give me my refund...This place is very unprofessional and I can honestly say theyre an auto fraud company. Had to contact BBB due to the owner refuse to give me my money back and now Im in the process of taking Rob to court. I would never recommend this company to no one especially and theyre ignoring me for $700

RUN!!! If you know whats. Best!!!! They act nice in the beginning, watch your paperwork they charge you illegally sales tax on every payment, they charge you FAke insurance, they also charge you a " Holding fee & depreciation fees" They stopped my internet access when I started asking about receiving a copy of Ins. Etc!!! Dont even go to them there are plenty of lots that are professional!

Apparently company was purchased by a real estate firm....No letter of notification....website account payment system not working....phone system answer system goes to the real estate firm......over 2 weeks...no organized communication process...looks like mass layoffs and confusion....upper level management needs to go back to school and customer service..piss poor

I have bad CREDIT BELOW 600. WITH TWO JOBS I GOT APPROVE WITH A FAMILY CAR. OTHER PLACES ASK TOO MUCH DOWN PAYMENT OR THE ASK CO-SIGN... NO THANKS. FAST & FURIOUS GIVE ME A GREAT DEAL WITH THE CHOICE OF MONTHLY OR BIWEEKLY PAYMENTS. PLUS WARRANTY YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH THAT. THANKS FAST AND FURIOUS YOUR THE BEST.

I was unexpectedly out of a vehicle and needed a new one immediately. When I walked in I was assisted right away and didnt have to deal with any "pushy" car salesman. Everyone was very accommodating and they were able to get me in and out. I am very satisfied and I would highly recommend this dealership.
