Bought a 2002 GMC Envoy here in November 2015 for 6100 with only 103,000 miles...great deal right!? Wrong! I have had nothing but problems...took it on a trip up North in January and it over heated, got it home and to a mechanic, had a blown head gasket (BTW dealer told me they had to fix a hose prior to selling it to me because of overheating issue). Got head gasket fixed, the heater bypass hose replaced (which was discontinued), radiator, thermostat and sensor fixed and now check engine light is on for crank and cam shaft sensor....replaced both of those sensors and cylinoid and light wont go off still throwing that code. Because of this code we cant pass emissions so now I am paying on a vehicle I cant drive and cant repair because costs are too high. Either have a mechanic look at your vehicle before buying or just dont buy. I am really upset with this purchase and really upset I cant do anything about it.

Absolutely WORST retail experience of all time. Found a 2005 Scion tC online priced at $9877 and listed at 97,000 miles. On the website you can calculate approximate payments. So we experimented with best and worse case scenarios, so we knew what we would be getting ourselves into payment wise. Everything seemed like a good deal. We went to the dealership to purchase the tC and took it for a test drive. We found that the car actually had over 100,000 miles. The salesman then told us that the car was actually $10,999, and that the lowest payment he could get was nearly $500 a month! He would literally have to be giving us a 40% interest rate for that payment. Lying, shady, rude, unprofessional. Buyer beware!

I came here to buy a truck, but ended up going elsewhere. I felt like I wasnt taken seriously. It took a while for anyone to notice me on the lot, then the salesman did not talk much. I dont appreciate someone who comes across as desperate for a sale, but a little conversation is nice. One thing that stood out to me in a good way is that I could take a test drive myself, even without having to ask to go alone. The particular truck I took for a drive ran rough, so I wanted to keep looking. Even though they had my number, I never received a call or a followup. I ended up purchasing from another dealer later that day. They just didnt seem like they wanted the sale.

I did a lot of research online and found that Good Deal had good reviews and pricing. Our Daughter had bought a car from them and also recommended them. We went in and had a vedy pleasant experience with Rodrigo. We fell in love with a Cadillac CTS. We made an offer and the owner agreed. Just over a week later we had an issue with the a/c. The owner immediately sent me to his mechanics who looked at the car immediately. They found the problem and had it fixed very shortly. The owner took care of everything. I will definitely do business with them again.

We just bought a large SUV here. It was more than I wanted to pay because I didnt want any more debt but it was the cleanest and nicest that we could find after 2 weeks of looking. It was priced very fair and the little bit of it that we did have to finance was also very fair and very easy. Once we got the truck home for a couple days we realized that something was wrong with the fuel pump. John Paul had me bring it back, apologized, and had it fixed immediately. Hes a good guy and I love our "new to us" SUV..

Nice people and they were great with financing and putting me in the car I wanted, but I took this car back twice because the key fob doesnt work and manually unlocking the door sets off the alarm. Twice the alarm issues were supposed to be fixed and I got it back with the same issue each time. Now I have to spend even more because Im tired of them not actually getting it fixed and I wont take it back a third time just for it to still have this issue.

After 3 weeks of frustration looking for an affordable used car for my son after high school. I was ready to buy him a new bicycle. Bought a 2004 Lincoln Navigator, the air suspension started acting up after about a week John Paul didnt even question it told me to bring it in and had it fixed in a timely fashion! would definitely do business with them again!!!!!!
