JW CROOKED car sales!! These guys will tell you anything they think you want to hear so they can sale you a vehicle! We called them 3 times to ask them what kind of condition the vehicle was in. I asked if anything was broken, torn, dents, or mechanical problems. They told us it was so clean and in excellent condition and he would not be telling us that if it werent true, because it was going to be an hr drive for us. When we arrived my husband immediately noticed a scratch and dent on the fender, passenger mirror was broke, tires were completely bald, tears in leather, multiple interior trim panels broke!! We went in to talk about it and we were still debating on buying it or not. What helped us to come to an agreement was when the salesman said, we have a certified mechanic check all our vehicles and make sure they are mechanically sound and if you were to drive it off the lot and in a couple of days something mechanical came up we would not be left hanging, they would help cover it! It wasnt even a couple of days, we didnt even get home and the service 4 wheel drive light came on!! We called them the very next morning and their tone and service had already changed! They werent at all friendly, understanding, or helpful! In the end we were left with the entire service bill!! They wont return phone calls and all we asked is if they could help to pay for half, when in reality they should be paying the whole bill!! I will not EVER recommend or buy from this dealer again!! They are very HIGH PRESSURE, LIARS, AND CROOKS!! Dont go here! You will be very disappointed!

It started out good and friendly. I was assured by Brent that he would not be pushy and try to sell me something I didnt want. Well thats exactly what he did. I told him I needed to be a certain price out the door and he found me a truck that was nicer that what I had been looking for and he said it would be a little more which was understandable. Well a little was $2900 more. My wife and I were willing to adjust out budget and meet him in the middle and told him we were firm there and he asked the manager and came back with a different answer so we said nope. Were firm in the middle and we got up and started to leave. Brent then leaned out the sliding door and raised his voice and yelled at my wife telling her not to leave which put her into tears. I dont care what you are selling you dont raise your voice and yell at your customer especially when I they were up front and honest with you about pricing. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and heard him out of the extra price because he assured us it was a good deal and he wouldnt try and push us into it. In the end it was a very bad experience especially being it was my wifes first time looking at and buying a car. We will definitely not be going back there.

Bought a 2005 monte carlos SS from Brent at JW auto sales...the BEST car experience ive had yet. And honest individual making an honest living. I bought this car, and the speedometer didnt work. Immediately , theyve got a technician on the way, while im signing the sales papers. While the technician was fixing the speedometer and electrical issue became apparent but the problem was hard to pinpoint between the battery, alternator, or starter. Right then and there i am told, listen, we ll take it up to Big O tires in Ogden and well get this handled (keep in mind i had purchased the car not 20 minutes before...he couldve told me it wasnt his problem, or put some shady cheap mechanic on the issue..but no. He chose a reputable shop n was going to cover the charge). This man, Brent, was honest as the day is long, treated you like a human n not some livestock with a wallet, and genuwinely cared about the quality of vehicle he was selling. His team was also very courteous and were happy to help. The car, other than 2 small dings in the body, is in excellent shape and is a beast in itself .. I would recommend all and any to buy from JW Auto Sales.

Terrible experience! I will never suggest them to anybody. They screw people over. I went in at 5pm to just look. Test drove a vehicle, filled out paperwork to see what I (keep in mind i said I as in MYSELF) could qualify for. 11 am the next morning the salesman show up at my front door. Not only was he nice enough to get me a loan for a vehicle i was just test driving but also kind enough (without my knowledge) to find somebody for the MAIN on the loan. Im a co signer! He was sketchy about telling me my loan info. For a 2012 "17000.00"car with a trade in of 2000 and down of 3000. I now have a lovely payment of 379 a month for 58 months that Im upside down in. Yeah these guys are gerrrreat!

Went in there to look at a Chevy Malibu. The one we decided to buy was a car that they had brought from across the street at citte center.. They wouldnt disclose the price, so I "used the bathroom" and looked up the price on citte centers web page. It was $11,900. Eventually after test driving my trade in, they offered me $3000 for my trade, and the cost of the malibu was $14,50p0. We left.
