My experience with them approving me was great which was good cause my other car the rod was getting ready to blow through the engine. I got the first car and right after I got it, I needed to take it to the shop cause the transmission pan and the oil needed to be changed. I thought everything would be ok after that oh no. Soon after antifreeze started leaking everywhere and I could smell oil when running the air conditioner in the car. It seemed like every 2-3 weeks that car was back in the shop for something and every time I took it in they tried to tell me I had to pay $75. I promptly laughed at them and made car hop remove the fees. But now I got another car cause the other one was in a wreck. I figured hell I will give them another chance and I got this car on Saturday and by yesterday night there is power steering fluid spraying all over under the hood the brakes need to be change the door needs to be fixed. So I got this car thinking OK now I have a way to work again. But oh no its going to take 24-48 hours for them to approve the work that needs to be done on the car. So I now need to find another way to get to and from work. This place is great for getting you a car but whether or not that car works after a day is a different story. Its now happened with both cars I have gotten from there. Dont go here unless you have no other choice look on ksl or something you will most likely have better luck getting a working car

If I could give zero stars, I would. I dont know why anyone is giving this location above 1 star or even complimenting their customer service. They are absolutely the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. First off, their offices smell like mold and wet dog. They have garbage and left over fast food strewn across their lobby. That alone should have been a red flag but I still waited to speak with someone. There was only one woman (black lady with a bad wig) working at a desk (pretending to work is more like it) in the lobby and she wasnt pleasant at all. She didnt greet us or say a word. After about 10 mins we were greeted by John Marsters (last name may be a little diff, cant honestly remember) who was a complete imbecile. He looked like he was hungover and smelled like he hadnt showered in days. He was initially nice but as soon as I started asking more questions about the vehicle I was interested in, he became defensive. I drove off the lot with a car and had to come back because their check engine light came on. When I brought the car back in, I asked for John and he once again smelled bad. (Like seriously?) He was rude when I asked for my money back and completely dumb. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. If youre looking for a car, go elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars or ZERO stars, trust me, I would. Do not even look this places way unless youd like to get completely. RAPED. & RAPED is an understatement as harsh a word it is. I was in desperate need of a car and I got approved. Walked away with a car and was happy until a couple dats later. The engine light had went on. I didnt have a remote for the car so evertime i had to unlocl it by hand to get in the alarm would go off. I was paying 12,000 for a car that bluebooked at 3,000. Thats rape right there. Took this p.o.s car back to the car lot before the 7 day money back, and was told by the managaer to never come back because they definetly wouldnt approve me next time. And I would receive my down payment for 2 or more weeks. It doesnt end there. I returned car on Tuesday. Thay saturday my bank account was charged the $200 dollar car payment I would have been making twice a month. I have been calling and doing everything I can to get MY money back that was unathorized to be taken out of my bank account by Carhop since I returned their car. They have given me nothing but excuses and lies and trouble. Now im being told it can take weeks for my money to be returned to me. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE. BEWARE BEWARE. I DONT WISH THIS BULLSHIT ON ANYONE.

Yesterday was a exhausting day. My husband and I were turned down by multiple dealerships all threw out Utah. From Ogden to Provo. They refused to work with us because I have the licence and my husband doesnt. Yet, he is the one with the job. And to top it all off, our credit was below a 440. We felt hopeless until we came across Carhop. We were so lucky to meet Lucas. When we got there we were looking at our options and those options were not what I was wanting. Thanks to Lucas he worked his butt off on the phone with MULTIPLE people including his boss, to get my family into a car of my dreams. Thanks to Lucas we were able to drive away with a 2008 Nissan Santra. Their logo is so true: "We say yes, when others say no" I would recommand this company over professional dealerships. Big thank you to the Carhop family. I am overwhelmed with joy and gratitude.

I bought my first car from Carhop a few years ago and it ran perfectly. I was due for an upgrade and decided to make the leap! John understood my hesitations at trading in a perfectly good car and worked to get me into something newer, less miles and overall better than the first one. He kept in touch with me for two weeks as he tackled my needs. Once he found what I needed, he even stayed over an hour past closing to make sure I was taken care of. Between his wonderful customer service, the warranty and my cute new car... I could not have left any more satisfied. I thought the location I bought the first one from was great... But I truly believe even they could take a lesson from John in his genuine and sincere desire to make sure the customer is taken care of. Thanks so much, John! Youre the best :)

I give CarHop 5 stars but I give Jim, salesman, & Bobby, Maintenance Tech, 6 stars. I will follow these two should they ever go to a different company, which I hope they dont. Bobby has been so helpful with any issues that he could help with & followed through to the end. Jim is one of the most honest salesman I have ever worked with, my career field is a Buyer, so that really says a lot. If Jim says something, he means it & what he says is exactly what will happen. Jim clearly understands, that happy customers are repeat customers & repeat customers keep you in business. While buying a car & all the little quirks that comes with it are very stressful, Jim does a great job at easing the stress you may be feeling. Thank you Jim & Bobby for all your great service & being so helpful.

I was extremely satisfied with the time and attention I was given by Robert and his sales team. Never felt pressure only sincere hopeful and very positive experience. I would recommend The Riverdale Car Hop to my friends and family any day. In fact, I already have. The Customer service is absolutely the best! Ive had the opportunity to deal with this dealership.
