What a joke of a dealership. Made an appointment to come and look at a vehicle at 6PM. Online the vehicle was quoted to have 2k miles on it, and when calling in to make the appointment Im told "well the owner has been driving the car daily, so it has more miles on it now..around 6k". I was baffled. How are they selling a car that the owner is daily driving? I asked if the car is mint/clean, and ready to be looked at? They said "oh yeah, the owner will be here this afternoon and well get it all cleaned up and ready to be shown for you" . I asked if the price would be much cheaper as the car now has triple the miles on it? They replied with "oh no, cars only begin to reduce in value after 10k miles, so its still the same price". I should have already known what a joke this place was. I get to the dealership around 5:50 to check out the car, and come inside to ask for the woman whom I spoke with on the phone. They said shell be right out. We wait outside for about 20 minutes, come in, and they said here let us get Andrew, he can help you. He comes outside with us and we say were here to look at the car, and we point to it on the side of the dealership. The car looks absolutely atrocious. Definitely hasnt seen a car wash in months, has tinted lights that were done terrible, and did not look at all like a $70k car should look. Then comes out the girl whom I spoke with, and Andrew goes back inside. I told the girl, "is this a joke? this car looks used/abused, and looks like an absolute pile of garbage". I explained to her that I made an appointment to see the car, and the car is not even close to be ready to be looked at. It looks like it just came back from a cross-country tour. She said she was going to go inside and get the manager for me. Instead of the Manager coming out, here comes out spiffy Andrew. "Whats the problem guys!" he says with a grin on his face. We explained how irritated we were that we made an appointment to see this 2014 $70k car that is advertised online, and it looks like absolute garbage. We spent time out of our day to make an appointment, drive down, and the car was nowhere ready to be looked at. Nobody bothered to call me and let me know that the car wasnt clean, or to reschedule because its not ready to be shown. I dont even think they let the manager know we were coming in. He just drove up and left it on the side of the building, having no clue that there were potential buyers coming to see the car. Andrew was a jerk to my wife and I saying "Look, I can run it through the car wash for you if you want, but are you telling me that you wouldnt buy this car because its dirty?". I said yes, exactly, I wouldnt pay half the price for the car because I already see how its been treated. He kept going on and on about how he can run it through the wash, and kept saying "well do you guys want to drive it or not?" with an terrible attitude. He couldnt understand that we were furious with the dealership and thought the situation was funny. I still wanted to drive it so I can at least know what a bad $70k version of this car drives like. I get into the car, and it now has close to 9k miles on it. ONLINE IT SAID 2k miles!! And they still want exactly the same price for it, as if it had 2k miles on it. I will never be coming back to this dealership or doing business with them, and I strongly suggest everybody stay away from Andrew and the rest of this group of clowns that works here.

I am not sure which dealership is which as for now Kia is currently housed in this building - so I am giving one star to both businesses and if I could give a negative star I would. I see that someone responds to these reviews so I am hoping for some type of response to this nightmare. My daughters father purchased a Kia Soul yesterday, drove it to work this morning and at 4:30 p.m. It died in the middle of the road. Immediately he called the dealership and they referred him to Kia for a tow to the service department. It is currently 10:06 p.m. and he is STILL WAITING ON THIS TOW TRUCK!!! To make matters worse we were told that he would not be receiving a loaner car or a courtesy vehicle of any kind inhibiting his ability to work tomorrow and obviously my ability to work this afternoon was scratched as he never arrived to watch our daughter because he is stranded with this junk car in dangerous heat. So bottom line - he traded in a car that ran for a dead car that clearly has some issues. The lack of customer service here is appalling, disgusting and quite frankly dangerous! What kind of "business" leaves a man with a dead car purchased less than 24 hours prior in 113 degree heat and refuses to provide some type of ride, tow, loaner, NOTHING!!??? Is this the customer service a car dealership should provide a first time customer? Would he be treated differently if he purchased a higher priced car? I am so disgusted and disturbed. This has ruined our entire evening. People want to be excited when they buy a new car and show it off! Too bad for him the only people who got to see his new car are the kind people who helped him push it out of the middle of the road. I am currently in the market for 2 new cars, one for myself and one for my teenage son. Guess where I WONT be going!? I will stick with my trusty Toyota or Honda dealership right down the road and believe me - if you want a car that runs and excellent customer service you will go see them. It will be worth the 30 second drive down the street to pass these jokers up. No matter what the response is nothing will change the fact that you left a person in a dead car on the side of the road in 113 degree heat. I will be telling every person I meet about this. We have contacted Gary Harper at 3 on your side regarding this situation in hopes of warning the public about the people at this dealership and their lack of not only customer service, but just plain decency and common sense. Heaven forbid the next fool that gets stuck in one of their dead cars in this dangerous Phx heat may not make it out alive while waiting for the phantom tow truck! You should all be ashamed and someone should retrain you in customer service, common decency and human courtesy.

We had been searching for a vehicle with a good rebate for days and after dealing with a few other dealerships my husband called Tempe Kia and reached Scott Purvis. First of all, he answered the phone right away, no leaving a message and waiting for a call back! We had been told by another dealer that the vehicle we were looking for didnt exist in the western region. So we were happily surprised to have Scott tell us that not only did they exist but he had one on his lot! We were tired of looking at a vehicles and talking about one price to then find out the price jumped by thousands of dollars once we sat down to talk details at the other dealers. So my husband discussed what we were really going to be looking at for a final price with Scott and he assured us we would not have any surprises. It was an hour before closing at Tempe Kia so I rushed down there and met with Scott. He had the vehicle we were talking about sitting out front ready to go. We took a test drive and it looked like the right vehicle for us. We sat down to talk details and as promised there were no surprises. We had a discrepancy on our part regarding the pay off of our trade in vehicle so we left without purchasing until I could check into the pay off. The next morning Scott called to say he had some good news that he thought would make us very happy. That morning they had gotten a trade from another dealership and it was exactly what we were looking for and was even a little bit cheaper. What dealership calls and says hey we found another vehicle for less money then we were talking about? Scott called when the vehicle made it to their lot, I went down and again found the vehicle right out front already detailed and ready to go. We took it for a test drive and loved it, we discussed the price etc and made the deal. Scott stayed with us the entire time. He went over every detail of the vehicle and made sure we were completely satisfied. Scott was absolutely wonderful! He listened to us and took the time to make us feel special. He didnt rush off after he made the sale he stayed with us through the final walk through. Scott was amazing!
