STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! 1.) I visited your location today and I asked the stocking clerk in your produce department where the red tomatoes were located he totally ignored me I asked again and he replied we dont carry them. I was surprised to hear your supermarket doesnt carry tomatoes. I walked away puzzled and continued my shopping. 2.) Upon paying for my items I asked the cashier "you guys dont carry tomatoes?" She gave me a blank stare and said with a very bad grouchy attitude "no, we dont have any right now" I sd "wow ok I dont know of a grocery store that doesnt carry tomatoes". Apparently this comment bothered her. As I was bagging my groceries I noticed one of the items I had purchased had a cut and was open. I asked if I could get a new one and the lady changing out the bags sd its ok they probably cut it when they open the box. I sd thats fine but can I get a new one she stood there trying to tell me its ok for me to take an open item. At this point the cashier lady told her "ya deja que la cambie" (Just have her go get a new one). She made me feel like I was asking them for asking favor. I then turned to her and told her I might not look like I understand Spanish but I understood every word you said including the fact that you just told this person I have a bad attitude. By the looks of it she didnt care. This is the worst experience Ive ever gotten at any grocery store. I will definitely wont be going back there and I will definitely not be recommending this store or your chains to anyone!

Theres a lot of controversy over the quality of these stores and I truly love it. They always have fresh produce at very good and low prices. I love the bakery, they have affordable and tasty cakes (recommend the tres leches and the cheesecake with fruit on top, your welcome). Their sweet bread is great and the bolillo is too, their bread is always fresh because it is purchased and never sits there. I dont like buying meat and poultry here because I feel like it is not tender and the taste is not the same(might be just me). I love to buy freshly sliced ham and cheese from the section right across, but it may be time consuming that area always has customers and is under staffed (one or two employees, seen three like twice). Cashiers are always under staffed as well so be prepared to be in line especially weekends and Wednesday night. Otherwise, pretty good store.

El Super un lugar Super fabuloso en donde lo atienden a uno con mucha amabilidad, cordialidad y respeto..y ahí se encuentran productos frescos y un excelente surtido..y gran variedad de artculos necesarios...yo compro en EL SUPER PORQUE EL SUPER ES MI TIENDA FAVORITA..POR FAVOR COMPREN EN EL SUPER..Y SALDRÁN FELICES COMO YO.!!

El super its a great place for bakery products. Mexican products. Also to get all you need for kitchen and household goods. Great atomsphere so big and clean. Fresh ac all day. Public restrooms. Also has great fruits and vegetables but needs a better qualitly or orginazation. But i still give a 5 star for everything else. Has a plaza with shopping across the stree. Huge parking lot also has a fitness workout gym next to them to workout and do groceries . Also a warehouse shoe sale . El super is awesome.

El super es algo económico por sus frutas y vegetales que tienen pero tiene un detalle que me parece un poco incómodo porque tienen que esperar en la línea porque solo tienen 3 cajeras y son muchas las personas que tenemos que pagar

I love this store great sales and deals... i been shoping at El super for 15 years and I still love this store..... if u get an attitude from an employee maybey you are the problem it all depends on how u ask a question to the employees some people are very rude u think they are great..... good job El Super employees. ... i highly recommend this store to everyone. .... Pésimo servicio, la limpieza por los suelos y sobre todo me decepcionó porque yo soy cliente de esa cadena de super mercados pero de plano esta tienda está pésima espero y mejore.

Place looks dirty, everything is disorganized, poor selection of brands, employees dont even know their floor plan, cashiers are rude not much customer service (you dont to ask me 3 times the same question after i respond yes the first time). First and last time shopping at this locale.

Although this os a favorita shopping grocery store with latin/hispánico people ..the over all quality of the productos are somewhat average ..one things i can say is they need to better upkeep mosto of their stores because they do tend to be disorganized and a bit messy

Fruits and vegetables are not fresh. If your going to use them same day they are good but not good quality. Prices are really cheap compared to other groceriea stores.

Lines are too long to pay for your food items. Managers need a better casher system to be in place and need to keep track of peek times of when lines are heavy.
