The only worse experience Ive ever had in a store was where I witnessed a manager at a radio shack threaten a customer "thats right! you leave my store or I kick your ass!" This store is awful. I went there close to closing time and was told I couldnt enter the store. Yes it was 12:52 and they close at 1:00. A second time, I was in the store at 12:50 and an announcement came on saying the store was in fact already closed. When I got to the register I asked the three employees there why they were telling me the store was closed before it actually was. They didnt deny the accusation. They simply said that they told people that to have everyone out by 1:00. I contacted corporate, telling them about both incidents, and complained to them that their store was full of liars. I was sent an apology from the customer service representative and told to expect an apology from their manager Saul within 24 hours. Its been 48 hours and no such apology has been received. I guess it shouldnt surprise me that a manager who runs his store without any sense of proper work ethic would see apologizing as beneath him.

I only go to this store as a necessity otherwise i would never choose it. I live very close to it, the store outsides always packed and inside always clean. The service here is BAD. There is one cashier that is just too horrible to the point she need to be mentioned and warned about. the woman is older ,skinny, and tall . She is very rude and has an over inflated sense of importance to the store ,i find it amazing that she has a job in customer service when she is so bad at it. I know so many people who would love to have a job and yet they keep her around. The woman rushes everyone out the door as soon as possible, shes paid by the hour not by the customer yet that doesnt stop her from rushing people like shes on a schedule no matter the time shes working on . If you stop her or slow her down she will stop looking at you and ignore you and rudely hand your money out . She doesnt even hand you, your money in your hand she puts it down in front of you and slams down every dollar , she works there to serve you yet she acts like your an annoyance that she cant wait to get past.

Im a regular at ralphs here in glendale since I live few blocks away. I was just there and I felt bad because I have to scream to get the attention of the oldee lady in the deli counter. She was talking to another customer in their native language (Armenian I guess ) , the other younger guy busy packing another order. Waited few more minutes but she was still ignoring me so I dont mean to be rude but I have to tell her loudly if she can get my orders because it looks like shes not going to end her conversation with the other customer . Didnt even say sorry, the younger guy did though for her. Got my orders and went back talking to the other customer. Its not even busy, theres only 2 of us there. Never experienced this before , I always buy at ralphs deli and this is the first time I had this bad experience. Is she new? Ill still go to ralphs though maybe not at the deli if I see her there. Good thing the cashier kaleigh , as always very nice....

Ive lived in the area for about a year and a half now. Every single time I go to this Ralphs location.... EVERY SINGLE TIME... there are carts all over the parking lot. Lazy, inconsiderate jackasses fill the parking spots with shopping carts (( there are multiple cart drop offs all over this lot )) and there have been times where I had to exit my car to move a cart just so I can park. Even worse: handicap parking spots are OFTEN filled with carts when theres a designated cart drop-off just THREE FEET from the handicap spot(s). The people here just ruin it for me. Id rather drive the extra 6 mins to the Ralphs on Glendale Blvd.

I have nothing against Ralphs. I have been shopping at the store on Colorado for twenty years. But I sure have no use for the Glendale police. I left my girlfriend in the car and went in for about 20 minutes. When I got out, two Glendale cops were harassing her and she was crying. She had done nothing wrong and they said she was sitting in the car too long and they thought she was selling drugs. They also harassed her about a drivers license because she was sitting behind the wheel listening to the radio. I dont know what goes on in Glendale, but these cops are out of control.

I mean, its Ralphs. It has what you need most of the time. Except that one time I went to buy marshmallow-fluff (dont judge) the employees had no idea what I was talking about. The below-ground parking is a nice feature, but theres usually a homeless person or two, shady looking people looking in peoples cars, or teenagers smoking pot down there. Some regular surveillance would help, but they do the best they can, I suppose.

Actually I love this Ralphs its always friendly clean and well stocked. I spent my time at the deli counter I think jai or something helped me..she was friendly super on top of things let me try before I bought etc..I ended up strangely with fried chicken and it wasnt to salty..great taste and fresh. I did some other little shopping over all great store.

Pretty decent Ralphs. The parking situation is a bit crummy but the deli here is one of the better ones around for a grocery store. They always make sure the food is fresh and they run great specials on the chicken before they close lol The staff and employees are always kind and the bagels are excellent. Thanks again.

This Ralphs has a really nice deli and sells Boars Head, which surprised me considering that the area is less nice than the bigger Glendale Blvd Ralphs. Its never too crowded inside which makes for an efficient trip. There are way more creepy dudes here though than at any other store Ive shopped at, so watch out.

Cashier Eric is awesome. Went in looking for a Tap card to ride the bus and he totally helped me. He explained how to use it and even how to upload more money if needed. First time getting this, and I was surprised how friendly he was. Store was clean, not too many people waiting in line for a Sunday afternoon.

I stopped in here while staying at the Best Western hotel down the road. I was in LA as part of a family vacation, and I was craving fresh fruit. The grocery store has a good selection. Its not the biggest grocery store Ive been in, but it has what you need. Prices are decent too - as youd expect from a Ralphs.

Staff are unhelpful, layout is horrible. They basically hide the shopping baskets from customers and insist on closing one of the entrances. Its like they want to make it inconvenient for customers. They also leave expired products in the dairy section for sale. Make sure you check your items expiration date
