Im not from this area and stopped because my son and I needed to use the restroom. The seat covers where all over the floor as well as toilet paper. There was also toilet paper hanging on the opened changing table. The only roll of tp was wet. My son entered the mens restroom after an employee. It also had paper all over the floor. Shame on that employee, he should have cleaned up instead of going to bag groceries. It was 10:15 pm, they werent that busy. The clearance section is on the same isle/hall with the restrooms and had half eaten cake and trash. Disgusting! Fortunately,I will never return to this place. If I lived in the area, I would NOT shop here.

Walked in specifically looking for the flap meat(Ranchera) special. Found the meat department near the back of the store. The gentleman was busy wrapping packages and quickly acknowledge me. Said hello and asked if he may assist me. I greeted him and requested the flap meat. He assisted me and I was on my way. At the register a customer had picked a wrong item for WIC and had a box boy retrieve the correct item. I waited. I was quickly offered to move to another register. I thanked the cashier but stayed. I waited maybe two minutes then was on my way. Good folk, clean store, great attitudes, what else can I ask for?

One of the cashier accidentally scan one of the soda in my cart twice, and I found out after loading them in my trunk. I headed back to speak to the store manager seeking for help. He talked to me using command tone as if this is none of his business. Eventually one of the cashiers help me out. Frankly speaking the cashiers in this location are always so helpful and nice. However, the store manager on duty is a total jerk. Rude, no smile at all, and he talked to costumers using command tone!!!!

Standard supermarket. The one I grew up going to so cant say much about that. The only thing that is annoyingly is at self check out the single clerk overlooking all the stations usually gets caught up helping a single person, scanning groceries and even putting the dollar bills in the machine. I think this totally defeats the purpose of self-check out, while I (and others) stand there for whatever reason when our screens wont let us proceed without them clearing something first.

Ralphs store didnt have a special type of cheese its By Precious and its large mozzarella cheese a block of it. Im telling things are not the same as it was in the past. This is actually the best cheese that I tried. Why take out a good product of the shelf. When its the best cheese anyone could have and taste. Its good for quesadillas and for tacos. And its also good in spaghetti and on some soups to. So I give Ralphs no stars.

This Ralphs is just like any other Ralphs, except for the putrid smell emanating from the nearby sewers. Its no wonder that Pacos Tacos or whatever taco joint nearby closed down. You lose your appetite the instant you step out of your car. I just dont know how El Pollo Loco still manages. Anyways, the employees are just as friendly as any other supermarket, maybe except for Trader Joes.

Been coming to this Ralphs for 15 years and Ive seen the changes that it has gone through. Never out of my experiences here have a ran into a problem nor had any dislike. Some family works here and have been acquainted with the nice manager who deals with any problem at hand. A great store with a great staff.

Not the place to go if they have a good sale or if there is a good coupon out. The store wont stock the item. I have even asked the manager. I think I should complain to corporate. Ive tried to get help and they just answer that they dont have it. This has only happened to me at this store.

Dont have a fresh meat section where you pick a steak. All the meat are pre-packed. It was very difficult to find the free Friday items. However, they made some improvement which allow you to find them easily. It is a small clean place but has all the basic items. Staffs are very friendly.

Night manager has to improve his customer service skills. You ask question about when the self service closes and his answer is it depends on how busy it is. Instead of saying I think it will close in 5 minutes or possibly 11;30 pm. It depends is not an answer.

i been here a lot of times and i think that the store is really clean. specially in the seafood department, the manager is really helpful and gives a great customer service. they have the seafood case really organize, the deli service too. this is a nice store.

Been a while since the last time I was here. They have way more vegan options available. I just had to get their Silk Blueberry yogurt and the So Delicious coconut milk yogurt. I think they have a good variety of options. I always enjoy coming here.

The food at the Deli tastes great and is very fresh. It would be much better if you included the other deli meats, not just a select few items and you inclided rolls not just white, wheat, and marble

I enjoy coming to this Ralphs. It is clean with friendly staff who are always ready to help its patrons. I only have one draw back. The parking can be a handful other than that its a great place.

Donald in meat department was great. On the phone he checked if there was beef dank for me. He gets 4 stars. 3 starts for market since there is not a wide selection of meat.

Its clean, the associates are friendly, and very helpful. The produce is always fresh, except theres not enough organic fruits and vegetables.

Its in a shopping center, so parking can be a nightmare. But the store itself is always clean and organized.
