I’d like to say since reading the reviews on here that most of the people that write bad reviews are those that FAILED TO HOLD THEIR END OF THE AGREEMENT! We are not here to take advantage of the customer, we are here to help. We work with a lot of 2nd, 3rd, and even 4th chance customers who have very bad credit due to their lack of responsibility on previous agreements elsewhere. WE DO NOT CHECK CREDIT, so we don’t ask how many repos or late payments theyve had against them since we want to give them the benefit of the doubt. Our terms are easy. Make your deferments ON TIME, make your payments ON TIME, and KEEP INSURANCE AT "ALL TIMES”, without letting it lapse (not even 1 day) because we need our vehicles insured until you pay off, thats not unreasonable. If you agree to the terms we expect you to fulfill these terms. Yes, we explain them thoroughly and when you sign that tells us you listened and agreed. Our used cars are some of the cleanest as far as buy here pay heres are concerned, maybe even comparable to bigger dealerships. We strive to provide you a quality vehicle by providing the CARFAX, letting you test drive to make sure its something you like, financing options that are reasonable for our customer base, and competitive pricing. Keep in mind we are a RETAIL LOT. We do not compete with Private Party pricing, its totally different. Yes we require down payments, but we do not require good credit. Thats where we meet in the middle. Business is business and we try to do the best that we can to help whoever needs a vehicle. So when reading these reviews please come and see us before you totally shut us out. Theres always 2 sides to the story and I felt I need to share my side as an employee here. I should of read the reviews here .my husband recently purchased a truck 2 weeks ago . On a Monday he received a call from the owner talking to him ugly about the remaining of the sales tax that he owed was due past Friday .my husband apologized to him that he work all day Friday and Saturday. The owner told him that was BS u worked saturday.(.my husband worked 6 days a week and 12 hour shift.)Later that day he went in to take care of it but they wouldnt accept it due to the insurance wasnt full coverage and the dealer name has to be on it .also it had to be done by today at 6pm it was already 5pm .he told them he just got out of court from jury so he didnt have time to do it.he asked them can he turn in it the following morning .He was told hes truck was getting ready to be repo so they cant guarantee he will have the truck next day . To refused repo fees and on our credit report he surrender the truck .They just wouldnt work with him. So not sure its worth fighting for our money back or truck. People say we should cuz they did us wrong .

I am disgusted with this place me and my wife had been car shopping for two months we ended up doing buisness with ET & Auto we bought the car on April 5th we got insurance the next day on the 6th my insurance agent faxed them proof of insurance she made sure they had recieved it and had confirmation number for the fax then 5 days pass and i wake up to my car being repoed i called they said because they didnt get proof of insurance but we did have it.. Then they want us to pay the repo $250 wtff... when we did nothing wrong they cant even work with us to try to find a solution and my first car payment was on the 15th of April!!!! I hope they get shut downnnn!!! Plzzzz dont do buisness with them save you a headache!!!!!!

I asked intellegent questions on facebook and my comments were deleted and I was blocked from commenting on any of there post Im a smart car buyer and I have to ask questions about the vehicle i might get into they are childish and un proffessional I was intrested on their vehicle I commented and asked a question about the vehicle and then I got blocked from commenting Im glad I didnt buy and wont ever buy a vehicle from them ever Ancira Chevrolet help me get my vehicle and I asked questions and their facebook and the didnt block me or they didnt delete my comments Im pretty sure Et Auto & Trucks will delete this Review

NEVER BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM HERE. THEY ARE GOOD TO APPROVE YOU ON THE SPOT. BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY ON THE NEXT MONTH . I GOT MY TRUCK REPO FOR BEING LATE ON MY INSURANCE PAYMENT AND RENE IS ONE OF THE MAIN GUYS THEY USE TO SCAN YOU . DONT BUY NOTHING FROM HERE THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GET THIER TRUCKS OR CARS BACK AND RESALE THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE THEY CAN SCANN SO STAY AWAY . DONT LOOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THEM. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND CLOSED FOR GOOD . SO THEY CAN STOP DOING THIS TO INOCENT PEOPLE . THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HERE JUST TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really bad customer service. Rene does not know how to treat loyal clients. I went there to ask a couple questions on the interest that I was charged, I could tell rigth away that they will not know their own numbers. The only answer that I got was " We know what we are talking about, we actually went to school to do this type of job" . In other words they could not tell why they were overcharging me. Dont get me wrong, they have good veihcles but honestly you can find that in other places, customer service and integrity is what really matters and Rene was not able to meet these two expectentions

Worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. They were in such a rush to sell me a vehicle and make me sign a contract they sold me a vehicle with a lot of electrical problems and bad tire sensors, not to mention they dont even change the oil when you buy one of their high mileage vehicles. Rene their finance guy cussed at me on the phone and threatened me multiple times with bodily injury and repossessions. It would behoove you never to do business with these scam artists! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone even if you have bad credit.

I wish I had listened when people told me do not go there it is a waste of time!! Can you believe they are such ascots. They were quick to take the big down payment and 2 months later the car we got needs work and the manager Rene (the biggest jerk) says "Well you were the one who bought a used car, what do you want ME to do" We had dealt with Tony and he did not hear or care about one word or concern we had!! We like many other are hard working people and all I can say is save your time and money and DO NOT GO THERE!!

Awesomeness experience. Jessica had knowledge of the vehicle we wanted answered our question. And when it was time to do paperwork she was patient with us until we got all the stuff we needed. Highly recommend going with them. And I will be a real turn customer when it comes time to purchase another for my hubby.
