This review only covers our vehicle purchase. When I purchase a vehicle, I purposely arrive at dealerships in normal jeans/t-shirt to see how long it takes to be attended to and how Im treated. My wife and I were interested in a car that was in the used lot. We were immediately greeted by a "Greeter" who takes down your information about you and the vehicle youre interested in. It took about 10-15 mins to get a salesman due to the number of people there before us. We met our salesman (Ruben Ibarra), briefly talked about the car and took it out for a test drive. While on the test drive, we talked about different things concerning the car such as the option it had, how things work and the usual test-drive chatter. Once we were in the office, we started talking numbers. I am brutally honest and straight forward when I am purchasing "big ticket items". After the usual "What sort of monthly payment do you want" discussion, I informed him that I wanted to negotiate the total price of the vehicle rather than the monthly payments. I asked for a list of itemize charges for the purchase of the vehicle which included the vehicle price, aftermarket stuff (protection package), the taxes, and the document fees (title & registration). This did not include any life insurance, gap insurance or extended warranty since that was offered at the finance office. The price of the vehicle was kind of non-negotiable since it had just been reduced. I was okay with this since I had done a lot of research on the make/model I was buying and Bert Ogdens price for the car was consistently under the price of other dealerships with vehicles that had similar mileage and options. After a bit of back and forth, we were able to negotiate the total price. I think the major tipping point was when it was clear I had intentions (and the means) of buying a vehicle and wasnt just another tire-kicker. I was very frank in what I wanted. I asked for the protection package charge to be reduced. I also asked for a buff of the vehicles paint which included a re-apply of the "protection" they were offering. After negotiation of the vehicle price and whatever extras we were off to the finance office. From the onset, the salesman always made sure to answer all my questions (however small and seemingly nit-picky) which meant going back and forth to the used-car manager. The finance experience was excellent. I have never owned a BMW so I had a lot of questions about extended warranty, service, etc. Like the salesman, the finance manager was very helpful in answering my questions and showed amazing patience and consideration for the barrage of questions we had. She was professional, yet balanced it out with time-filling personal anecdotes. After dealing with other dealerships from around the valley, this was a very welcomed difference. We arrived at the lot and left 2.5 hrs later with our vehicle. Overall my purchase experience was great. I just hope the service department delivers as well as sales and finance. As promised, the car was given a buff job and looks great! I hope my service experience matches my sales and finance experiences.

Pense que no se acordaban de los pobres en bertogden pero hasta un limosnero puede sacar su 320i asi que les recomiendo que vayan!!! If you want to buy a car, you have to look at their service dept. Of course, sales person must be niceto customer because they have to sell a car. But you have to see the service dept. I am not the type of person who ever reviews on the service. But I was so frustrated with the service and it took my precioius time for nothing. so I cant help but comment on my experience with Bert Ogdem BMW on 10th road. First of all, I didnt buy my car from there, but I had so many services from there since I had extended warranty. It looks like they would work on the problem charging so much thru warranty without fixing completely. On average, if I bring the car for service, I have to bring it twice or third time because the same problem never solved. So I had to bring my car repeatedly for the same problem. After all, they are saying I need to replace the part which is not covered thru warranty. If they fixed the problem in the first place, I didnt have to waste my time and warranty company would have saved money for unnecessary service. I need to question their professionalism too.. How can they fix the same thing over and over again.... each time with different charges. I dont even know what they are doing. I wish Warranty company knew what they were "milking out" warranty . Thy way they are doing brings down the integrity of the company!

I get a call from Mikkal Payne about a recent visit to Bert Ogden BMW and wanted to know how he could help me get into the vehicle I was looking at. He asked me about my last visit and I told him the salesman, Leo, was not helpful at all and didnt really bother to help make a deal. He assured me he could help me after making it clear I did not want the run around. He said he would work on a deal so I would arrive and pick up the car. I reaffirmed what my expectations were and told him I didnt want to waste my time as I did the first time around. He assured me this would not be the case. Guess what? I sat there for two hours trying to cut a deal. Why I believed this experience would be different is beyond me. I will say this salesman at least took the time to explain the features of the vehicle but was completely dishonest in getting me there. I will never purchase a vehicle from Bert Ogden BMW nor recommend them.

Mychal Payne made my experience at Bert Ogden exceptional. I was so appreciative of the manner in which he explained all the details of the BMW. He was able to help me compare the vehicle with similar brands, but I was completely blown away by his devotion to the BMW. The test drive was an experience that really helped me understand the confidence I can have in the vehicle. When it came time to decide on a price, I felt like he completely listened to my needs and wants. I felt confident that he wanted me to drive away in a BMW but only if I felt I had gotten the deal of my dreams. He totally left me feeling that I have a future with the BMW dealership. It was not one of those situations where you feel like the salesman forgets you as you leave the lot. I love the car and I love the idea that I now have my own BMW client advisor. Thank you Mychal!
