First off I want to say that my credit is not the greatest. A high school economics teacher would most likely use me as an example of what not to do. That being said I am paying way too much in interest for the vehicle I bought. This is a situation of my own creation and has nothing to do with the service I received at the Drivetime dealership. I will most likely establish some payment history and refinance with my bank later. Matthew Fink meet us and we let him know the needs of our family and what payments we were comfortable with. He worked up a list and we looked at some vehicles. Some were too small and some were too old some even had a funny smell. But we found a 2011 Kia Sorento that meet all our requirements. While we searched for this vehicle Matthew Fink guided us through the inventory at a pace we were comfortable with. He also informed us of the many great feats of a man called Chuck Norris while we waited for paperwork to be processed. After some back and forth we came to an agreement and drove off in our new to us SUV that day. Matthew Fink was polite and straight forward the whole time. A real pleasure to work with.

Yunni Alvarez and new trainee Jenie Cartez and the guys at drive time gave me such a great, comfortable and easy going experience with my purchase today. Felt really comfortable and like they were there to help me I previously before coming in looked online at their location and checked out the car I was interested in and went through the pre approval and when I came in everything matched up. And actually they got me a lower down payment than approved for online initially and a lower monthly payment then what was quoted online. The people here are very relate able and have that human quality which is essential in business especially car sales because of the negative connotation the industry can have to it. But they defy all stereotypes by providing exception customer service and making it a family like expierence. Was my first car purchase didnt know what to expect at all but left with the car I wanted and such a great expirence!

Dustin Brisco has been taking care of us this entire experience. When we got our car in February 2015, I was hesitant on the GAP INSURANCE they offer but Dustin reassured me and I went ahead and got it. Good thing we did too, in May 2015 we totaled our car and our insurance only covered so much of it. Thankfully, 2 weeks later, the GAP INSURANCE covered the rest of the total of the car and paid it off. Dustin helped us get through all of the paperwork quickly and got us in a newer, better car the day the GAP INSURANCE came through for us. This was by far one of the best experiences we have had in this situation. Drivetime is quick, reliable and know exactly how to handle their customers. Definitely buying again. My fiancee and i were very pleased with the entire experience . Dustin was really great to work with and got this all sorted out for us as quickly as he could.

On 7 June 2016, I went to the Judson RD store and was greeted with friendly smiles. The staff was ready to listen to my needs and let me test drive several vehicles. My personal sales person was Matthew Zink. I finally decided on a vehicle after a couple of hours of deliberation. After having had the car overnight and time to think about it, I decided to go to the Drive Time website and see if there were any other vehicles of the same make and model. However, perhaps a year or two younger and with lower mileage. As luck would have it. I was able to find one. My salesperson today 8 June 2016 was a very nice young lady by the name of Yunni Alvarez. She did a fantastic job of getting me switched over to the newer lower mileage vehicle. In fact, the difference from original vehicle to new one was about 50k miles.

I arrived at Drive Time thinking I am not going to find what I wanted but I was pleasantly surprised. Donte Lewis came out to see if I needed help and took me inside the sales area and we went over my finances to decide how much of a vehicle I could afford. Donte showed me a few cars took a few test drives and I decided on the HHR. This car looks like its new They gave me a car fax on the vehicle, I received a warranty , and then I finished the paperwork and called my insurance company and made arrangements for my insurance changes. It was the best experience that I have ever had buying a car. The manager was patience with me because I was very nervous, this whole experience was very pleasant and I truly happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend DriveTime and Donte Lewis as your salesperson.

It was fast and easy George Alicea was beyond helpful. Matthew was overly friendly with my girlfriend. It was very offensive. He would bring up his personal life as if to impress her and waste a lot of time. He even went out of his way to ask a co worker for a dollar to show us a magic trick where he held her hand. Why? Its uncalled for. My girlfriend is very nice and respectful and did not deserve to have that taken advantage of. Very ridiculous, excessive, unnecessary, and threatening to my persuite of happiness . Consider having anyone but Matthew if you dont want your girlfriend harassed right in front of you. Great dealership, bad employee. This is a brutally honest review no sugar coat. Would have been a lot better experience if he respected and didnt over step personal boundaries. Thanks

I was very skeptical when I initially walked on the lot and Jenny approached me. She basically was telling me that the car note was pretty much gonna be $400+. That immediately scared me away. I was starting to go back to my car when she notified me that it was only going to be a soft hit on my credit score I then was like why not. After finding out what type of coverage that was being offered which was making the note that high was awesome. I compared pricing from prior car lots. They broke my note down over bi weekly payments which was cool too. Jenny was awesome. She wasnt all stressed out like most car salesman/woman. I was more stressed than her. End of the day it was good. I felt good when it was time to drive off! I love my new car also!!!!!!!

I usually dont write reviews but I HAVE TO RAVE on my experience. As soon as we walked in I was welcomed with respect and a hand full of hand help. I was not planning on buying a car today but ended up buying one anyways. Got a 2013 Dodge journey for $15000 with 45000 miles, one owner with no accidents. The interior and exterior was clean and in great shape. The car ran smoothly. Yunni (my sales Representative) worked with us to find the best car to meet our families needs. She did not feed us a bunch of false advertisement just to buy the car. She also gave us tips on how to finance the car and other ideas. All in all, COME STOP BY. ITS WORTH YOUR VISIT. They dont sell junk cars like JD BYRIDERS. Actually new or fairly new cars within a 6 yr range.
