Deceitful, lacking integrity, and very disorganized. I should have been more mindful of the Google and Yelp reviews before ever going to this dealership. I contacted a sales rep through Truecar on the 24th and she made an appointment for me to meet a sales rep named Cheyenne on Saturday. Cheyenne was very sweet and knowledgeable (I hope she gets out of this dealership before they suck her soul away) and I have no qualms with her whatsoever. She had to pass us on to the finance department at which point Victor said I was approved (I didnt realize that this was a spot delivery scam). Victor said that all of the banks he used were closed on the weekends so it would take about 3 business days to finalize everything. If I had known that there was a possibility of not being able to keep the car, I never would have driven it. Forward to the 30th and I still hadnt heard back yet, so I text Cheyenne and she spoke to finance dept and they asked if I had more money (already had 2k) to put down or a cosigner. I told her no and she said ok. Come Friday I asked her if she had heard anything and she said that her manager Danny said he had good news for me. I called this Danny (sales manager) person and he says that I am approved, but not for the vehicle Im already driving and then states I should come in and look at the other cars they have. Basically he thought I should just be grateful they found something for me. It was a bait and switch type deal. It was a scummy thing to do. So I said, no, Ill just get my downpayment back and he said ok. Anyway, I bring the car back on Friday and ask for my 2k downpayment back at which point Danny says that the business office closed for the day. He knew I was coming in for the money when I spoke to him earlier and he neglected to tell me be sure to be there at a certain time. He didnt care. He was rude and just basically not interested in speaking to me anymore because he knew he didnt have a sale. He then said that he would have me speak to his manager, Robert. Robert didnt care either he sent the new guy Chris over to finish the dirty work that he didnt have time for. Fine. Ill get the check on Monday. Monday comes, how long did I wait for the check to be "found"? An hour. It was a terrible experience and I will definitely be spreading the word as to how scummbaggy this dealership is.

This dealership has got to be the worst one in San Antonio. I recently bought a car from here and there were so many hidden issues that were not disclosed it was unbeleiveable. So I bought the car and the check engine light came on after I had to activate the computer system for them because it was disactiviated probably trying to hide that. So they take it to service and said it would be done Monday and I came back Wednesday and it wasnt done. Then they called me a week later saying it was done and then after driving all the way over there they tell me its not done. Overall it took them 3 weeks just go fix a "sensor". I then went when it was finally finished to pick it up and they tried giving me the car in terrible condition. The car had less than a quarter of gas, it had not been washed, the interior was filthy and smelled terrible. I also opened the trunk and found my floor mats dirty just tossed back there. I then went in to speak to a manager and it took them 1 hour just to put gas and clean it and it was almost worse than how it was. I then left with the car hoping to never return only to find more problems. The TPMS sensor failed and the rotors were warped with bad brake pads and bad brake fluid. I went back to the dealership and they refused to help me and told me to take it to honda myself. I then went to get the brakes done at brake check because the car was not stopping well especially in the recent rainy conditions and it was dangerous and a brake professional even told me the danger the car was on the road. Not only did they put my life at risk and others, they didnt put any coolant in my car. I opened the hood to check my fluids and there was no coolant. I went back to the dealer and demanded they put coolant in and I spoke to Greg graves who told me that the brakes were not his fault etc and I even faxed him the bill from brake check and he disregarded it. They had to shampoo the car 6 times and they failed to get the smell or dirt out but I took the smell out with a simple defogger and a cleaned with a 50 cent vacuum. This dealership is a joke and will put your life at risk to make money. Going to send kia a letter and take further action. Avoid this place at all costs. It will save you a lot of stress.

my wife been taking her sportage there for a few years now, had few problems but nothing serious. .......this time they replaced the air filter which is in the glove compartment and my son IPAD was gone ...I meant stolen. When my wife came back to talk to them ,the service manager told her to not worry about it then called her later in the afternoon and told her , in a very sarcastic way that they wouldnt replace the item that they stole. I dont know if he did that becouse she is a woman or becouse she is Hispanic. Thats disrespectful. So I went down there and spoke to the manager and I was very disappointed, he made me wait for a long time then he told me with a smork on his face told me that they wouldnt replace it. So I ask him if looked into it with the employee and he said that he did "ask" the employee and they said that they didnt take it. Im not mad about the IPAD but Its the principal. Please replay to this Kia lets see what u have to say about your thief employees. I notice that yall only replay to positive feedback. Shame on you stealing a little kid ipad.....I pity you . How would you like to explain that to my son? That Kia needs our Ipad? Now I will post review on every social media and Im emailing every news station . I pretty sure KENS5 will look into to it. Please pass this along to your friends , you will see post for me everywhere you serch Kia until something is done. Becouse not doing nothing about it is just as bad as stealing. And if I wasnt clear earlier I really pity you ,Kia employees, from stealing from a little kid.

We have a 2015 Sorento with 4900 miles on it. The check engine came on, we brought to dealer and they said the gas cap was loose. When I picked up the car I noticed the mirrors, seat and steering wheel were moved. Check engine light came on again, so we made an appointment for 7am on the 1st of June. After having the car all day they finally called and dais they replaced a purge valve. This time when I got in my car I noticed everything was adjusted, a quarter tank of gas was gone and 61 miles were put on the vehicle, and the radio was set to 98.5, not my station. I talked to the service manager and he told me that the entry mileage was wrong on the intake form, and that only 26 miles were put on the car. I told him that it sounded suspect as that is longer than my daily commute and why was the radio station changed. I am pretty sure they used my car for errands or going to lunch or other nonsense. The manager did offer to put gas in the car, however I did not want anyone else driving the car. And told him this was unacceptable for a dealer ship to take advantage of people by driving their cars for other than a test drive. Lesson learned do not buy or take your car to Legend Kia on I35 / Judson Road. They are disrespectful of your car and are not honest. Additionally they did find the problem the first time the car was in there for service. I plan to send a letter to Corporate Kia USA to let them know of this dealership.
