Absolutely TERRIBLE worst place ever to have service work done. I went in with some simple warranty work to be done on my truck and came out about a month later with a trashed truck. Front lights needed to be replaced due to water buildup, lighter port was not working, and my steering wheel trim was falling off. Few days later when I picked up my truck I noticed I had 2 large dents running down each of my front fenders from where my grille gaurd was dropped onto my truck. When I climbed into my truck my dash was severly bent away from its housing as if someone stuck a flat tip screw driver between the trim to pry it apart. My steering wheel trim still untouched. When I brought the damage to the attention of the service manager Gary he immediately started shaking his head no and laughing at me saying "My guys dont make dents we fix em" It was blatantly obvious the damage had came from my grille gaurd being dropped on the truck and he kept dening it until I asked him to see the camera film they have from the garage when they worked on my truck... He immediately changed his tune. Didnt let me see the film but promised to fix it. Then I showed him my dash... He tried to downplay it saying oh its hardly noticeable and I could order a new dash part but it will look exactly the same. I told him it better not look the same its clearly damaged and if you order a new one it wont be??? At this point I knew he was full of crap. Too sketchy... He could order a new one but it will look exactly the same??? lol sure youll order a new one... IM NOT DUMB!!! 3 WEEKS later I received a call from Gary telling me to come in to check out the truck... When I showed up the next day my truck was still where I left it untouched. The grille gaurd was removed.... He started showing me micro dents in my bumper and kept insisting that i involve my insurance company so that he could ALSO fix those while fixing his dents. So that he could bill my insurance for the work done... when I refused he got frusterated and then told me to he would call in a few days when it was all done... IM NOT INVOLVING MY INSURANCE FOR YOUR MISTAKES!! WHY THE HELL SHOULD I PAY FOR IT? MY DEDUCTABLE FOR YOUR DENTS??? HELL NO A few days later he called again... they told me over the phone it was finished... I explicitly asked if the trim on the steering wheel was fixed and the dash becasue the prior 3 times i had showed up when they said it was it wasnt... they swore up and down it was all done and ready to go... when I got there the trim was STILL damaged on the steering wheel. The center dash had been counter bent to make the original bend look smaller and not so noticable except for they DAMAGED THE REST OF THE DASH... now it looks like my glove box is hanging because the dash around the box has been shifted from all the bending and pulling to try to cover their first bend instead of buying a new center dash peice as PROMISED BY GARY. The dents in the fender however were removed with no issues. All they fixed was SOME of what they broke and the lights.... which btw took 2 trips to do 2 lights because they only fixed one when I told them both were broke. They were completely neglegent and abusive to my truck. They lied about all the damage until I showed them the evidences clearly pointed to them.... They only gave in when I asked to see the film from the garage camera. After all the hassel gary had gave me tring to persuade me that they hadnt caused the damage and that they could order new parts but it will still look the same I knew he was being shiesty... Made him write a note admitting damage... I stil have that note and pictures of ALL DAMAGED caused by CHUCK NASH CHEVROLETE in case they try to deny it or downplay it. They told me after I NATURALLY compained that if i didnt take my truck and leave they would call the police on me. They also gave me a bill for work NOT DONE. New dash new trim and electric work NOT DONE AT ALL. To recover labor pay for damage they caused. They couldnt bill me or my insurance so they billed my warranty aka chevrolet

This was perhaps my second worse experience at a dealership ever considering Ive purchased my share of new cars over the years. Although I was just there to satisfy a recall issue and get an oil change the experience helped me to know that there was a lot of room for improvement. I arrived at my appointment on time from Austin, Texas but received absolutely no reception from my Service Advisor who was chatting casually with someone as I sat outside his door for at least 10 minutes. Finally, after dismounting my vehicle and choosing to ask if he was the advisor whose name was printed on the window he acknowledged and picked up where he left off with the casual conversation. Realizing that I was not going to get much assistance I utilized the customer entrance to search out the Service Manager only to find that someone was in his office. Considering the fact that Im a business professional I elected to respect that someone was in his office and walked away without interrupting. Naturally, in mind at this point Im conceding that this was a useless trip for me so I made up my mind that I would dispatch to my job and take care of that order of business at a later date in Austin. It was easier to go to Chuck Nash than it would have been to negotiate the traffic in North Austin. It would have been just as easy to take my GMC to a Chevy dealer and receive the same service but I chose to take it to its roots, a GMC dealership. Just as I was clear that I was leaving, another Service Advisor recognized my frustration and offered assistance which became the only reason that I stayed. My expectation was that I would drop the vehicle off, get a ride back to my job or my home to retrieve a different vehicle. Instead I had to have my spouse leave her job in Austin to pick me up because the courtesy vehicle was limited to traveling no further north than Buda, Texas. Nonetheless, I accomplished what I set out to and learned a valuable lesson in the process.

My vehicle has been in the shop at this location many times spending many and many large amounts of money. My vehicle since I have had it for 2 years has had the motor rebuilt twice and engine replaced once. My vehicle continues to encounter repetitive problems that are costing me out of my pocket to repair. The name Chuck Nash is on this vehicle yet when I take it to Chuck Nash to get it fixed even with my purchase extended warranty through Alpha nothing in my vehicle seems to last long enough to actually enjoy the entirety of the vehicle and drive it for even a period long enough to change the oil. My vehicle has seen the inside of the service department of Chuck Nash more than it has seen the open road. My air condition system in my vehicle was damaged in the service department of Chuck Nash and yet nobody agrees to cover the repairs and the AC recharge for my AC system there for my vehicle no longer has air condition because its going to cost me over $1,000 to fix. None of my actual experiences with Chuck Nash have not been positive in the past by any means. Not even when it comes to getting a loaner vehicle. The dealership keep sending me letters in the mail stating that they have a program that is looking for vehicles around my year make and model for trade-ins to get the drivers into newer vehicles encouraging me to take my vehicle in and trade it in and reduce my monthly payment and have very little or nothing down to get a new vehicle. Every time I contact them for this letter that they send me I go down there and talk to somebody and they end up telling me that my vehicle is not worth very much and that I would have to pay the majority of the vehicle off in order for them to take it back so at this point they will not even take back their own vehicle that they sold me because the value of it has depreciated so much due to all the repairs that it has encountered
