We had the BEST experience here yesterday! We drove in from Oklahoma City (7 hours) to do business because we were able to complete 90% of the transaction including my trade in over the phone and email and because they had the best price of all the other dealerships we had spoken with. On the way to the lot, they were still willing to negotiate with us, and after I asked about window tinting, we were told Mike (the salesman) was leaving with the car to have it tinted and would be back by the time we got there. When we arrived, Mike rushed out to greet us with a warm smile and a handshake. We then began looking around the vehicle. We found 3 cosmetic issues that we werent happy with. Mike said he would see about having them fixed, and they fixed them all!! One was some badly scuffed paint on the front bumper; it was painted, polished, and looks perfect! The second was pinstriping around the entire vehicle. It was ugly and torn up in places; they removed all of it and cleaned up any evidence that it had ever been there. Lastly, was some scuffs on the black rubber of the Windows and hardened wax on the edges. Again, everything was cleaned and polished perfectly. They did all they could to make us happy and fixed everything we asked for. They even filled the gas tank before we left (which is becoming a very rare touch). The finance manager was friendly and professional. All in all, it was the best car buying experience weve ever had (and we buy a lot of cars!). Top to bottom, manager, salesman, service guy, finance manager...everyone was friendly, professional, and accommodating! It was well worth the drive! We will return in the future and recommend them to our friends! We are so pleased with our Expedition! Thank you North Park Lincoln Used Sales!!

I am still in the process of trying to sell them my car. First off they game me $5,000 below blue book, but thats my fault for accepting because I just wanted a quick easy deal. So they had to pay off my lein first, which they did, but once they sent out the final payment check, they made me do all the communication to my lein holder to be sure they got the check and mailed off the release of lein. Since they were too lazy to do it themselves, I did contact my lein holder, because I want the money owed to me for my car. The release of lein was mailed off and after two weeks, the dealership is telling me they cant find the release of lein, and without it they wont give me my check, so again I have to do all the legwork to try to find it. Not only that, but they dont keep in touch with me to let me know how everything is going, I have to call them to get all information! Very poor service, I guess they feel since they are doing me a favor, by buying my car, I need to do all the work involved even though they are the dealership buying the car from me.

We bought a 2011 Cadillac SRX. in the beginning like any other salesman we were treated well. We bought the car they offered us a warranty and of course we bought it. Cadillacs are expensive to maintain. But I guess we forgot to read the disclaimer that the best warranty they had to offer us was a warranty with a $500.00 deductible. now Im not stupid, I have bought plenty of vehicles in my time. I wouldnt have bought the warranty if I had known of this. So a few months later when the amp went out, we took it to cadillac thinking we had no deductible only to find out that we did. So when we went to them to rectify the situation we were simply told we could cancel the warranty or upgrade it and pay another $1400.00. They knew how unhappy we were with all this and they said they wanted to re-earn our business. Well they didnt do that very well either. WE canceled the warranty a month ago and had to call back to check the status of it. THE FINANCE MANAGER STILL HASNT FIXED IT. Find a better dealership to go to!

I found a nice SUV with the amount of miles I was looking for and just about the right price. Durring the process of looking at the SUV, the sales guy was very nice. Then the time came to discuss the price. At this point all the old tricks were pulled out. *Some other person has made an offer. *Your trade in is worth nothing. *Yes we can do that, oh wait no we cant *I will call you later about that, just sign here. *We will clean the car after you buy it. The buying process was so bad that I had to remind myself why I needed the SUV. The "business manager" was a total ass to the point that not even a $3 part would be included in the sale. I will never do business with North Park again. I even took the metal badge they put on the back of the car off so I would not have to see the North park name on my car everyday.

Came to the North Park Dealership after finding the exact Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted. I test drove the Jeep I told them I wanted and found online. It was very nice. The sales rep, Mike Duron was very professional and took the time to listen/understand what I wanted, as well accommodated to my needs as a deaf person. Didnt try to pull a fast one on me with the sale after I told him I wanted to buy the Jeep. The business manager, Christopher Rodriguez was professional, friendly and was very quick on drawing up the paper work for me, no hidden fees or any tricks. It was very straightforward and the most PAINLESS buying experience Ive ever had. Id come buy to buy from them again when the time comes for another vehicle.

I called and spoke with Rene Ramirez regarding a car I saw online I was interested in purchasing. Since I would be making a trip from Austin, I confirmed with him they still had it and made an appointment to see it no more than 2 hours later. I showed up at the agreed time where he was busy showing that exact car to someone else. He asked me to wait while he took the other person on a test drive. Obviously, I was no longer interested in doing business with them at this point. If I am willing to make a commitment to travel a couple of hours to view a vehicle, I would expect a professional dealership to reciprocate the commitment by honoring an appointment. Extremely unprofessional. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I just bought a 2002 Mercury Sable from these guys today and everything was fantastic. They found financing for me before I got there so that all I had to do was show up, inspect/drive the car, and sign the paperwork - it was all done within about an hour. They even gave me a ride to their dealership from my work since I didnt have a car. Good prices, helpful people, and quality cars from what I saw.

Bought a 2015 Ford Focus today with the help of salesmanRene Ramirez. The experience was wonderful & Mr Ramirez was such a pleasure to work with. He went above & beyond to ensure I ended up with a great car at a great price. Thank you Rene Ramirez!
