**When reading the 4 and 5 star reviews below, Please bare in mind that selling a vehicle is not hard, therefor going smoothly most times is easy, however the way a specific business handles problems when they arise will separate the boys from the men, so-to-speak. Bought my truck cash, hoping there wouldnt be any hassles. 2 months now and no sign of a title or registration or plates. Temporary tags are not only expired, but they are the WRONG kind (dealer instead of buyer). I have called, called, and called, and even visited in person to get a resolution, however no body there provides any information beyond a hollow "we will take care of it". The DMV says NO application has been received by the county. On top of all that, when i asked if it had ever been in a wreck, i received a straight up "no", however after further investigation after purchase, I found much evidence that it had been wrecked, possibly multiple times. i agree and accept that i bought the vehicle as-is, but a simple "were not sure" would have been better than a blatant lie. Also, they nearly never answer their phone. The only plus was my sales man, Matthew seemed honest and nice. ******to amend my earlier review: I finally was informed my title was ready with my plates on 05/01/17...over 60 days since purchase. When i got there, not only was the title not in their possession, but they had placed a Lien on the vehicle, for which i had purchased CASH outright. I also brought up the inspection issue previously mentioned, and when we looked online, MUCH to my surprise, there was a vehicle inspection, for my vehicle, for 5 days earlier. I had not done this inspection and it was fraud. I finally received my title on 05/09/2017, HOWEVER the lien was still on the title, but they had taken the last week to simply sign the release of the lien, which never should have existed in the first place. NOW it was UP TO ME to take it to the tax office and get the lien removed.....for $28 out of my own pocket. ....an no, the dealer would not pay for this cost. Let free market do its wonders, and do NOT provide them your business.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Verocity Auto Center. Mr. Steven Rodriguez welcomed us with an amazing attitude and a huge smile along with the top of the line customer service and attention. We went in there thinking we werent getting a vehicle for various reasons and Mr. Rodriguez Along with the rest of the staff made it possible for my wife and I to walk out with a lower payment weve ever had on a vehicle, amazing insurance price and the vehicle we LOVED not liked, not pressured into getting into something we would regret. We test drove the vehicle more than a few times. We got asked many times if this was the vehicle we loved? If not to not go with it. They made us feel at home by treating us well, offering water and chips. They truly took care of the small stuff along with the big stuff all we had to do was drive off, Thank you Mr. Rodriguez for amazing customer service and for serving our country as well. Mr. Marcus Starr the general sales manager went above and beyond to have a personal chat about life and a class on how to rebuild our credit made sure we understood the full contract and terms until satisfied and hooked us up with a great amazing deal. Thank you Mr Starr and as well thank you fro serving our country too. Id highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice, good equipped, low monthly payments deal and wants to make a few friends along the way. Thank you Verocity Auto Center for an amazing experience.

quick to take your money before sale is finalized, but hesitant to fix problems with the car. I had the car less than a week and the door jammed. After awhile it was hard for me to get in and out the car. I found myself climbing over the passagner seat to get into the driver seat. Then the engine light came on. (All of this this happening in just the 1 week). I called the salesman who said "you knew of the problems before you bought the truck". Now that being a complete lie I then bought the car back to show him. His exact words "all man you couldnt have did this". So with that being said I expected work to get done. In which they did. I drove the car off the lot 1 day later (they kept it overnight) and the engine light came back on. I called back up to the dealership in which the owner said "you have to take ownership in your car now. We did everything we could do. We put too much money into the truck". Now I dont understand how its legal to sell a car like that people are just all the way unprofessional if you cant afford to run a dealership right way then dont... also not to mention they drink alcohol and smoke on the job as well I dont recommend any hard working person to spend your money on what you think is a good car because 10 out of 10 times from here verocity auto center it is not

This was definitely a eye-opening experience, they knew exactly what the down payment was that I had they try to change it three times tell me I was approved on a vehicle and then that changed, my wife finally found a vehicle that she loved it had a bad sensor on it that declared if something went wrong it would lock down the engine I asked them to fix that before the purchase of a $20,000 car and they would not fix it, and then I requested brand-new tires on the car and they told me that they could not do that even now everybody really listen to this and look when you go to their website it states on there that every vehicle comes with a brand-new set of tires and then they retracted that and try to tell me that that was an accident on their website! And then they tried to get me in a lesser vehicle and out of the blue all of a sudden I wasnt approved for this car this place is a joke do not go get your vehicles there, there are so many cosmetic problems and issues And they change their story every five seconds about everything

I got a great deal on a Ford Flex. The dealership was well stocked with a wide variety of vehicles. My salesman Daniel was very helpful in finding the perfect car for me and my budget. He got me a great deal and even went the extra mile to make sure we were sayisfied. I highly recommend him. The other salespersons were also just as friendly and spoke with you despite us dealing with their own clients. This dealership is great. AND they have insurance on the lot as well in case you dont have an existing policy. We came across an unforeseen issue but they handled the situation promptly and professionally to ensure us that they are an all around fair business. I highly recommend!

Dont buy here i got my car with them and they lied about everything. Promised warranty and when car broke they said they forgot that it didnt have one.... Had an attorney but cut my losses due to having to fix car instead... Didnt even want to help out... These snakes are liars and dont care about you they just want your money. Go somewhere else anywhere else where they actually check the cars out. You work hard for your money dont give it to these trashy shady lying dealerships. I wish i read the reviews before i came here. Dont make the same mistake i did!
