Thru my home warranty they came out and tried to fix my appliances. Told me they where going to order parts. After one month of no communication with them, I called home warranty to have another company come out. When i did call the company back, the women I spoke to was very very rude to me and accused me of not getting in contact with them. Then the tech guy (Steve) was very very rude to me saying I had to open another ticket because it was over thirty days. Which would be another 75.00. I asked if they ordered the parts? No answer. But I can guess they didnt or they would have been here before to fix my refrigerator. I have my cell records to prove I called several times to check on the work order. This is not how you treat a senior citizen or anybody for that fact. I then had to call my home warranty back and get another company to fix my appliances. When calling my home warranty to discuss Aces unprofessionalism, I find out Ace complained about me. How rude!!!!!!!! Do not use this company if you want anything fixed or expect common courtesy.

If you want to schedule a warranty service call and have them cancel then this is the place for you. After placing a service call through warranty a week in advance they call the day before the service and tell me "GE always screws when scheduling calls and YOU need to call them and work it out" Really? I am the customer. I asked her to call GE and work something out and Linda Pearson hung up on me. Nice service. Dont bother calling to find out who her manager is to complain because it is her husband. Sorry you were inconvenienced with my need for service Linda. I understand scheduling mistakes but you acting as if its my problem to fix is not somebody I will do business with.

BEST OF ALL!! We had a cooktop broken (one of the 5 burners couldnt light on) and I called a few appliance companies including Ace Appliance. We wanted 1, good feedback from neighbors. 2, good price. 3, short schedule time. After comparing with couple others appliance repair companies, we chose Ace appliance and it was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE weve ever had!!! Fantastic job from Stacey!! My husband and I are very pleased and would definitely choose them for any other appliance repair in the future and HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who wants the best service and a very reasonable good price!

Extremely professional, courteous, proficient and efficient. Called before coming, arrived in a reasonable amount of time, quickly analyzed problem, discussed problems and solutions, had materials on hand to fix problem, and quickly fixed my washing machine. Cost seemed reasonable. Would not hesitate to hire again if another appliance needed fixing.

Regrettably it was very discourteous. After being put "on-hold" for three separate occasions following my request to have new equipment installed, I was told to contact the manufacturer of the equipment and hung-up on! Im not sure that contacting Bosch in Stuttgart, Germany is the answer to my request!
