No volvería a comprar ningún producto nunca más. Compre una nótebook Dell, al día siguiente tuve que cambiarla xq no funcionaba la pantalla táctil, a los tres meses se me rompió el teclado, cuando concurrí a que me solucionaran el problema me tuvieron una semana dando vueltas, conclusión me ofrecieron enviarla a Dell con una demora de tres semanas , les notifique que no vivía en Miami y les pregunte si me la podían enviar a mi país. Conclusión una cosa tan simple, me tuve que quedar con la computadora rota, les pregunte si me harían un descuento en la compra de una nueva , obteniendo una respuesta negativa. No volvería a comprar nada en Microsoft.

Service was terrible. I went there to return a Microsoft band 2...this band has broke 3 times now and they would only offer me a fitbit or store credit. I dont want store credit I want my money back as they dropped the band line and have stopped supporting it. If you value customer service and you discontinue a failing product, the least you can do is allow a full refund when its only been less than a year. Again I had to replace this 3 times for the strap tearing or the battery failing to charge. Since they only have 3 South Florida stores , its quite the drive. Sophia and the staff made it a very difficult experience. I guess they do not care as its just a side job for them and not a career. You can see the difference between this store and the lower level Apple store. I just wanted my money back for a failed product. One that I even liked very much(when it worked).

Jessie R. (the assistant store manager) was amazing. I went in there to buy the new Surface and the card wouldnt go through. I didnt know that I had to call my bank to let them know I was going to make a big purchase like that so they put it on hold (thinking fraud). She got on the phone with the Rep at the bank, etc. All in all, it was a long process and the store was extremely busy and she was patient, curious, and confident in selling the product. Overall, great customer experience. I LOVE my new Surface way better than my Mac. :) Thanks!

Compramos una Xbox One y nos aseguraron que servia para corriente 220v y nos mientieron con tal de venderla. Pesima imagen para Microsoft... No lo recomiendo a los Argentinos.

My wife bougth a Latop a couples of month ago when we were on hollidays, one day after problems with the touchscreem, they replace it, a month a later problem with the keyboard , a week of came and goes...No solution, no replacement, (it is on Warranty yet) A manager with few, volunteer and bad attitiud with clients.... We will never buy in this Store again....!!

Poor rating because when your computer it broken, the first thing they want to do is replace the computer, and their goes all your confidential stuff on your hard disk. But at least they do replace it if under the Care program. But this is pretty bad Ive had two machines (a Yoga and a Surface Pro) need replacement within the first 4 months.

They offered me help to install Windows on my computer and then told me that they were going to charge me $150 for that... Way to go with the customer service, Im not the kind of person that writes reviews but when they try to treat me like Im dumb then sorry Ill with speak out. Will never go back to that store or tell anyone to go there

Will never buy it here again and never recommend any Microsoft Product anymore. The manager (A....) didnt help, they dont know what to do and offer you only replacements. Service is the baddest as you will have, buy Apple on the same shop and be happy with a great service!

Horrible service the employees treat you bad and they also started taking pictures of me and making fun of me while I was playing in a computer with my friend, I think Im never buying a Microsoft product thanks to this horrible experience.

Staff is so incredibly Rude - there is someone there named Perry "with a P" and he is the reason I am giving this 1 star - if I could give him a personal 0 I would. Shame on you Perry, work on your customer service or find a new job.
