Very rude customer service. As soon as i walked in i greeted them and they just started at me. Then when i asked about a product they kept staring it wasnt until i said well can you show me that they decided to get up and show me what i was looking for. And then tried to rush me out of the store. Yeah great job miss Nany and guy just sitting down im a manager and if i saw any of my employees treat customers that way theyd be gone.

Awful. I go in to buy someone beat headphones or their birthday, had wonderful experience at first.Then the person opens their present to find a beat headphones box, WITH NO HEADPHONES IN THEM. absolutely ridiculous. I call, AM HUNG UP ON. Then called back and staff acted like this was no big deal. Im appauled

Wonderfully helpful staff. We needed a few circuit boards to tide us over until ours were delivered. Yesenia at the counter ordered them in for us from throughout the state and had them waiting for us in a matter of days. If this is the new Radioshack, theyre definitely headed in the right direction
