Brian was the best gamestop employee I ever met and Ive shopped at GameStop for like 12 years. He was humble, helpful and down to earth. I got my switch today after calling in and showing up two days in a row he was super cool about the whole thing. The way he interacted with other customers was top notch. I walked out with a switch and case today. Even saw him get a super huge trade going for a guy and he walked out with a Switch, Zelda: BOTW and a pro controller after his trade was done. Brian was a champion this day and GameStop should recognize him as "Employee Supreme". I highly recommend anyone to visit this store while Brian mans his post. Hes a super good conversationalist and has a nice ability to work with a customer and make them feel comfortable and welcome. Even if they show up two days in a row to hangout over an hour to see if the Switch is coming in. Props to Brian he deserves his own pizza day in the company and it would be named Brians Day. So on Brians Day GameStop employees can look back on this review and aspire to be like Brian.

You can find all the modern consoles here, along with a decent selection of new or used games. The used games arent quite as discounted as Id like to see, but they are still much cheaper than their new counterparts. This location had quite a bit of extra fun stuff as well. I ran into some novelty mugs, plushies and toy lightsabers to name a few. Staff was very nice and quickly offered help.

Staff is always genuinely friendly and helpful. Ive been to a couple of midnight release there as well, and they really throw a good event!

I usually prefer the other Gamestop in Cranberry. Not that anythings wrong with this one, but it just has a smaller selection usually.
