Worst service you will ever get. Chose furniture on 25th and got delivered it on 2nd and they charge for keeping it on store . Suppose to delivered on 1st of month and it was postponed, then they told to deliver at time 5:00 pm but when called the store there are rude manager giving explanation that it will be delivered after 7:00 pm and it will be done if I want it then or else they dont care about it. They dont really care about customer service and only want to swipe your card and take money without any furniture. After this the bed needs to be delivered is Broken and will be delivered after another 2 weeks, but payment needs to be done without delivery of furniture. So first three weeks payment without furniture.Dont deserve 1 star also.

Was 2 days late on a payment because of my work schedule and was harassed by multiple calls and voicemails. Also, set my payment arrangement to weekly when I clearly said bi weekly. Worst company to rent from, I told them to come and get there furniture 2 weeks after I got it. Dont waste your time or money going here.

My Rent-A-Center on 601 21st St. NW, Roanoke, VA has been fair with me & when my barely used washer started acting up, they just brought me a BRAND NEW SET & the payment went down $12 a month!
