Recently stepped into this store (albeit near closing time) to purchase some card stock so I could distribute pictures in envelopes at my mothers memorial service the next day. It would have taken the copy desk clerk five minutes to cut twenty pieces with her large paper cutter, but she said it was too close to closing. When I told her it was for mothers memorial service, she replied she didnt care it was too late. Needless to say I was shocked. Im calling Staples national customer service line and will report this store and this employee, and tomorrow morning Ill seek out a different store and hoped to be treated more courteously and compassionately. Pitiful customer service.

The general manager at this store is an inconsiderate *******. Aside from him (Nevin) this location is pretty good. But he treats everyone like crap and doesnt understand how rude he can be. I know some people who work there and he constantly forces people to stay an hour and a half or two hours past their shift and just generally treats his employees without respect. The other managers are very nice, as well as most of the employees. There are a few that could be better, but for the most part they are helpful and kind.

Eh. The store is clean, thats about the extent of it. Recently remodeled to somehow be smaller and put another (not yet open) storefront where 1/4 of the store used to be. I was in there dropping off some ink cartridges this weekend and checked to see if prices on various items had come down. Nope! Im not sure how Staples stays in business with Target and Walmart on basically each side of it, that sell the same items for several dollars less each.

Well Ive been pass it many times never went in, eh it looks small may have lots of options,but the service sounds bad if you think it would become okay in the end. My cousins said that they had some good people there, so it really depends on experience to experience.
