What the last user doesnt seem to understand, is that Staples is a sort of small department store. It is not their job to provide tech support. When you buy a product, it comes with a number on it for TECH SUPPORT. People that work at the call centers are trained by the maker of the product on the product specifically. Honestly, why do you thing an employee of your local office supply store has an intimate and personal knowledge of everything they have ever sold in that building. Most people cant name what brand of computer or shredder they use at their own office everyday.

I have been going to this store for a while now because I had a less than satisfactory experience at another Staples. I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received, in particular through the print/copy department. I also bought a new printer for my office and the employee who helped me with that purchase was very helpful. I dont understand the bad reviews on this page.

Im giving only one star because is the minimum, but it doesnt even deserve it. Is the worst place to print. The last 3 time i tried to print something is only a waist of time. There is always something happening, like a machine is not working or or the staff is not friendly or helpful. Please if you need to print something DONT GO TO THIS STAPLES! I know Im not going back.

The tech support is horrible. They talk to you like your an idiot and they are just rude. Thats your job, to answer questions and help those who dont know what they are doing. So throw on a smile and act as fake as you need to cause what your doing now is not working. I will never buy a computer from any staples especially this one. Good job guys!

Print department very unhelpful with my rush order. I had a very simple (one print) order and asked please could they possibly have it ready by noon the following day. They refused. Said by 8pm was their only guarantee. Shame of me for being late. But they were most unhelpful considering they advertise things can be ready in an hour.

I had an unpleasant encounter with a service person in the printing department as well. On May 4, 2016 I went in to pick up a simple fax and was treated with total disrespect! Shame on you Staples! You need to train your employees on customer service! I will not be using your print or copy services again!

I have been a very frequent customer at this store since the day it opened about 15 years ago. For both business and personal needs. Today, I had to walk out of there in sheer disgust because of the shoddy behavior of their Store Manager "Sara" I have reported her to Staples HQ through phone and email.

I use staples for scanning services while on the road working. I find it highly annoying due to their new "policy" will not scan documents with signatures. I understand for forgery reasons but, I mean seriously anyone can copy a signature. wifi is decent.

I ran out of business cards and needed them printed the same day. Everywhere told me I had to wait 1-2 business days but Juan Grullon was able to help me get my cards expedited quick & on time! Great management & leaves no customer unsatisfied!

I waited 10 minutes for someone in the copy/print center to pick up my call. I consider this TERRIBLE SERVICE, and the department manager should start looking for a new job.
