I seriously doubt many will run into the same issues as I, but here it goes. Purchased a refrigerator, walk up to register, OH its a floor model sorry, well give you $50 off. NO thanks. Pick another, same result. Pick again (should have walked out), ok they have stock. Day of delivery, they deliver a floor model. Given a 3 year warranty to compensate my stupidity to buy here after being toyed with. Ok so fast forward a year. You would think I would have learned my lesson. Purchase LG front loading washers. Next day on sale. They gave me some hassel about getting the discount but conceded nicely. Delivery next day. Delivery people had an enormous amount of mud on their feet. Didnt figure it out until units where in place, then at that time I just ask them to leave and called to complain. Try the washer - fills to top, poors water out of the door and says to shut it off and call LG for service. Both the delivery and the store management NEVER call me back. Called District Manager, no call back. Non-working units, ruined carpet in a new home, and much of my time wasted. As I write this, my wife is getting the number of an attorney for me to consult with to seek damages and to discuss refusing the charges on our card. Thankfully we used Amex and they dont tolerate this type of flimsy practice. If I dont get at least my carpet and some damages plus a working washer/dryer, then I have no choice. This isnt a store, its more like one of those trucks you see on the side of the road selling close out items to suckers , with no recourse after they leave. Sadly, the store people simply do not care. It doesnt affect them that your money is tied up for months while you seek recovery.

Weve been in this store several times and the service is always great! We pick this store over any competitor anyday! The manager was super nice to us when we bought the shelf item for my daughter and gave us a discount on the warranty as well as for my sons laptop since we purchased together!
