Quality of the Furniture is fair at best. Be prepared to assemble just as you would for something from IKEA. In fact the only thing that sets this apart from Ikea is upgraded hardware which simply does not justify the inflated prices. First dresser I ordered had a malfunctioning drawer track. Instead of sending me a new track they HAD to replace the whole thing. Which meant I had to put it together AGAIN. They sent me a tech to assemble the dresser- tech was unable to assemble the dresser as a 1 man team- almost comical. Waited 4 weeks for someone else to come assemble. No one showed. I finally paid a handy man an additional $150 to assemble for me the second time. Customer Service is almost as bad as the quality of the furniture. 3.5 months later and Im still dealing with a return credit. Thanks for the measly $200 gift card CB2. Never EVER EVER AGIAN!
