Im not a thief!!! I was visiting this store, and I came in with a bag I bought from ross(across the street), when I entered I didnt see anybody but after two people appeared (both Mexicans) and I was just looking the products of the store and when I was leaving both Mexicans approach to me and the girl asked me if she could see my bag that I bought from Ross cause "she wanted to buy something like that" and once I opened my bag obviously she didnt found anything than my bag from Ross, after that she tried to make a "normal conversation" but I felt so bad that people of this store might think that I was stealing something from them, they should be aware there are a lot of tourist that explore the area and there are PLENTY of them with plastic bags in their hands

I visited the South Beach store to purchase outdoor furniture for my condo balcony. I explained to the Manager and his team that my balcony was limited in space. They went out of their way to call other stores to get the exact furniture I needed. He was very knowledgeable about his stores product line and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find items that met my needs, rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of his efforts, I was able to find exactly what I needed and am looking forward to receiving the furniture. I have raved to everyone as to my amazing experience at your store and at the Managers attentiveness. I will continue to visit your store in the future, as well as recommend it to others.

They offer delivery, which is nice. I walked there amd didnt see any parking directly attached (though I could have issued it). There is parking across the street in the garage, and less than an hour is free. The shop was clean, with a wide selection of things.
