This HEB pharmacy on Port has poor customer service so unsatisfied and my sister is moving to another pharmacy still with HEB because you cant blame the other stores like HEB #7 that had great service. On Port you dont even get acknowledge they just grab your prescription and talk to other people before they finish with your questions. I asked if they could give me a price on the prescription and she said its going to take 20 to 30 minutes and my sister was the only person in line this is the unsatisfactory service

Only two cashiers for items over 20 with long lines. Thats totally wrong. If your short handed them management should step up and cashier. If there were another story close by I would go to that store hopefully they would have more cashiers to help out.

This HEB Pharmacy staff take forever. The wait is always long, if you need your meds right away its always a 2 hr wait. If you need refills they need the bottles as if they dont believe you. Their customer service needs to be sharpened for sure.
