I have been a customer of Dandurand,s for many years and have always been greeted with smiling faces and wonderful caring customer service. Integrity and honesty are very important to the Dandurands. I personally have experienced a night after hours that I had been out of medicine and was feeling the effects from it and having a very difficult time, Mike Dandurand was called and left his home just to fill my prescription and my daughter picked it up for me. This is almost unheard of these days. The old fashion customer service still exists at Dandurands. The employees, they have have worked for the Dandurands many years and that says alot to me about how they are treated. Thank You "Dandurands" .... Its fun to shop there Too !

They are usually fast and a accurate, only had a couple issues that were only inconvenient. However, once they pissed me off. Doc approved early fill due to things outside of my control. They didnt call and get approval until I drove over and made a scene. I was left in pain for several hour because they treated me like a drug addict looking for a high instead of a long term extreme pain patient. My spine is broken, failed back surgery, kidney plumbing issues that are very painful. Had all the surgeries and I am still in agony... They dont have any way of knowing this if they choose to distrust everyone, so I wont hold it against them as other employees have always treated me with respect and understanding.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dandurand Drugs. My son was diagnosed a little over a year ago with a very rare disease that requires him to take 8 different medications. When no other pharmacy in town was able to get me the medication he needed, I found Dandurand. Paul, one of the pharmacists, has gone above and beyond for us more times than I can count. There was one time that I had called him with a question. He was busy at the time and told me he would call back. I received a call from him at 9 pm. He had realized that he had forgotten to call me, so he went back to work so he could return my call! Oh, and they deliver! I am so great-full to have found such a wonderful pharmacy!

When my insurance changed, there was no way I could afford to have any prescriptions filled here anymore, which is a shame because their customer service is excellent and they get to know you as a person, but their prices are sky-high compared to other pharmacies. $80 for one prescription at Dandurand vs. $9 for the same prescription at other pharmacies once my insurance wasnt quite as good. Yikes!

I am a big shopper. I love looking at pretty things just like any women out there. But for past experiences I have been to this shop, I felt being treated unfairly that none of the workers in this store greeted me even though they greeted other customer at the time I was there. I felt so offended and sad. It really reduced my willingness of shopping at this store. Pretty sad.

Dandurands has the most unique gifts in Wichita and not to mention the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Ive never been given such great service, from the time I walked in until my prescription was filled, I was thoroughly impressed. To the customer who calls herself "BIG shopper" maybe you should give Dandurands another try!

The East Central location is amazing! I never feel rushed and am treated with respect. All employees Ive come across are very polite, friendly, and professional! Highly recommend! Ive used Dillons (most regularly), walgreens, target, and walmart and none match Dandurands in customer service and cleanliness!

I love this place, phenomenal customer service in store and pharmacy! I wont go to any other pharmacy except their locations. Retail store is fabulous from Trapp candles, trendy clothing, and unique home decor to convenience store its perfect (in my opinion) Thank you & keep it up!
