They know who you are, and greet you by name after just a few times of you going there. You just want to keep going back just to say Hi to them. And they are really nice and Curtis all the time. And they very rarely mess up, on anyones meds. Ive been going there for 3-4 yrs now and theyve only messed up once but made it right when brought to there attention. Great job very one that works at 38th street pharmacy, keep up the great job. And if you do mess up once in awhile, just remember that you are a human being and all humans mess up once in awhile.

I admit I havent been to too many pharmacies throughout my life time, but this is definitely the best I have been to so far. The way they treat you and take care of you is closer to something I would expect for my own family members to do. I am also a fan of convenience and around the corner stores. Even though they only have one location, they offer free delivery, and theyre right at my doorstep which is as close as I want anybody. An excellent pharmacy that I highly recommend to everyone!

Several members of the staff are polite, competent, and over-worked -- they take a long time to get back to you, but not their fault. But at least two of them are completely incompetent and rude. One person gave me misinformation regarding my medication. Staff will hang up on you in mid-sentence if you call them on the phone with too many questions. Go ANYWHERE but here.
