This review is strictly about the repair I received there, as a casual cyclist, I cannot speak to any of their parts or bikes. I got a flat tire and tried to patch it myself. After patching it, the hole was sealed. I then tried to fill it with air, but the thing is still leaking. I go to Juniors right before theyre about to close and I wasnt there for more than 10 minutes. The guy around back fixed my flat SUPER quickly and had an eagle eye because he found out that there was a SMALL metal pin embedded into the rubber of my tire. I had no idea and theres pretty much no way I wouldve found it myself. Cost to repair the flat tire was $11, but I threw the mechanic an extra $5 and the shop owner $4 because of the excellent service. Pro: Since its small, there likely wont be too many people there. Excellent Service! Con: Its kind of dingy and doesnt really have an inviting feel.

Went to get a helmet and a reflector and front light for my new bike. I told the man upfront that I have a limited budget, and he was very nice to pull out my options, even showing me what color/style helmets were available. He was patient as I made all my choices (which took some time, because Im not very knowledgeable about bikes), fully answering questions, showing me features before I decided to buy, and letting me look at myself in a mirror (for the helmet). Very reasonable prices (comparable to superstores like K-Mart), compared with another bike shop I went to earlier in the area. I will definitely go back for future needs. Thank you!!

Great local bike shop in the neighborhood. They are very friendly and helpful, and very quick at repairs. I am definitely an amateur biker and they didnt make me feel like I wasnt good enough to be in their shop, unlike some other places that can be intimidating to go into if your not a pro. I decided to ride my bike to work one day to find my chain had fallen apart, went in to the shop around the corner and they fixed it in 10 minutes for cheap! Since then I have been back several times for various needs, they do it all and they are always very helpful.

I second most of the posters. Yesterday I had my 1st Junior experience. Sick of having to lug my Fuji downtown for service, I found Junior via a Google search. Excellent service, quick and oh so efficient. The place is slicked with honest sweat, the kind of bike shop I remember from childhood. No frills(because its about the bikes and nothing else), no snobbery or high-end bike shop attitude. So stunned by the prices that only later did I realize I should tip. I will next time (and there will be a next time)--its my new favorite.

Headed over to Pedal Universe with a completely disassembled bicycle, thinking that they were open until 7:30 pm. I was wrong. Desperate, I searched google, and I found this place. AMAZING service. Great guys, super friendly, helpful, and funny. They were making fun of each other the whole time. Took really good care of my bike. Have locks for average price and helmets for less than what I usually see. They only charged me 25 for the service, where Pedal Universe was going to charge 45. Very happy and will be going back.

Great shop! The guys were really helpful and friendly, pricing was great and they didnt charge for little extra labor things which is always nice. I brought in a second hand bike and they tuned it up fast and had all the accessories I needed. Itll be the first place I think of next time I need something

The shop is very small but the service was excellent. They were helpful with what I needed for my bike that was required by law and installed a basket which was quick and inexpensive. This shop has no frills but will have the basics to get you going and seemed more of a shop for repairs.
