Hands down, a great bike shop. Bike Line as a company (Ive been to the Bethlehem, Pottstown, and Exton locations) has been extremely helpful and patient with my visits. I recently took the hour drive to the Bethlehem shop on a Friday night after work. The night before a race I realize a have an irreparable brake issue, and need new brakes. The only shop nearby (maybe on the planet?) that was open with enough time for me to get there was this shop. I raced up to Bethlehem to have new hydraulic brakes put on my mountain bike. The mechanic was done within ~30-40 minutes or so! They have me NO hassle, NO groans or leers. This surprised me...plenty of other shops would have scoffed at the idea of doing a quick repair the night before a bike race. Hey, emergency bike situations happen, and Bike Line helped me without a sweat. That shows a lot about a shop and the staff. Even if you arent near the Bethlehem location, have another Bike Line call to see if this location has what you need in stock. They did, and it saved my bike for the weekend.

Ive been to bikeline on two different occasions and they have been amazing. Today I went in with some questions and frustrations with putting a child seat on my bike. It was two weeks of a headache for me, and within 20 minutes John had fixed and ready to ride. They are truly experts and answered all of my questions. I had my 2 year old running around with me and they even loaded my bike for me to leave. Great Great business to work with!

Some local shops claim they have world class mechanics, or serve the T-Town elite. Well, Ive had work done at those shops (yes, the T-Town shops), and they dont even compare to the quality and skill that John has here in Bethlehem. This guy is the local best!

Bike Lines corporate overlords just fired Allen Schaffer, the highly regarded manager who was so nice to customers. Im not going to say this was age discrimination, but Allen is reported to have 40 years of experience in the bike business. You do the math.

Might as well look up action wheels in Bethlehem. They have better prices & better customer service.
