Great Service...and really fair prices. Since Phoenix Cycles in Phoenixville closed, I go here and recommend this shop to all my bicycling friends. I went in last week and they replaced front and back brake pads while I waited. Went back later and they replaced the cable for my Shimano 3-speed shifter, also while I waited - which was a job that another local bike mechanic had declined to do for me...... They may be a little out of the way for me, but they are certainly worth the effort to get there and I am very happy to have them do any kind work on my bikes.

Boyfriend brought his bike in 2 weeks ago to get it repaired, had to chase them down for the quote. They promised to have it finished by tomorrow (Friday) so we could have it for the weekend. Called us tonight (Thursday) to say they messed up the estimate and it was going to cost twice as much to have it repaired, and it wouldnt be ready until next week sometime. I like the staff and Im not sure who dropped the ball here, but I will never bring my bikes there again and will not recommend.

I highly recommend Bikesport! The service and attention I received was exceptional. My salesman, Steve, completely answered my questions, recommended the right road bike for me, and was very attentive and helpful. The service guys were also great when I had questions and they also worked very quickly to resolve a shifting issue I was having. I really felt like I was not just a customer but a valued cyclist. Employees that are passionate about biking and truly care about making a customer happy is what you will find here. I just bought a mountain bike there and was blown away by the level of personalized service. If you like mountain biking, then this is the place in Southeastern PA to go for sales, service, or just advice.

Great selection and awesome service. This is where I shop and come to ask questions, the staff is always more than willing to help out. I see them going above and beyond for their customers pretty much every time I am in there and they will help you mount your tubeless tires if you look like a sad dummy. :)
