Amazing Bike Shop From first time I walked into the Velo shop until I picked up my BMC ultegra black and yellow was treated with respect and talked to about diffrent options of bikes for me. Eric showed me all the diffrent brands and what they had to offer not just one brand and pick from 3 bikes they had at least 5 diffrent brands of bikes to choose all with ability to test ride one after the other so you can tell wich one is best ride for you. The service continued with ordering my exact bike. When it came in not only did I get a call but a picture of it when it was put together. After that went in for professional fitting using the latest tech to set bike up for me including clear placement riding angles and handle bar adjustments. All the while explaining why they mattered. Have to say best service I have ever received in purchasing a bike. Thanks again Eric and Becky! You have put in a bike shop that will put all the others to shame. Frank B

Im a 38 year old mom who didnt know how to ride a bike until I visited the Velo Shop. I was a so nervous when I walked in, assumed they would judge me but they were seriously AWESOME. They helped me pick out a bike and then spent an hour with me out in the parking lot teaching me how to ride. My husband and my toddler were with me and they were able to hang out while I learned. When my son started having a meltdown and we had to leave, they suggested we go home and then come back later for more lessons. By the end of the day, I was riding a bike! My 16 month old also got a chance to play around with the kids models and we cant wait until hes ready to buy his first bike there. Seriously amazing customer service, so friendly and knowledgable. Id recommend this place to everyone.

The FELT Z95 disc is such a dream and an effortless pleasure to ride. This wouldnt have been possible without the efforts of Becky. Her professional bike fit was executed flawlessly and was such an educating experience. She made sure I completely understood every adjustment and the benefits of each adjustment . I go here because Allen is our former team mechanic and is the best mechanic around...period. I recently had my rear der come apart and take out my rear wheel and ripped the derailleur right out of the (non-replaceable) derailleur hanger. I was so convinced the bike was toast, I went out and bought another. I got a call a week later that my bike was done. I thought he meant done, as in the dumpster. Here he had restored the hanger, installed a new coil thread insert, rebuilt the wheel and installed a new derailleur. Bill was less than a new tire. Unbelievable talent...dont go anywhere else.

Fantastic bike shop and worth a visit for any cyclist! My wife purchased a BMC Team Machine and couldnt be happier with the experience and service. Becky and Eric have a true passion for a successful business and it definitely shines through. Beckys expertise in bike fitting and her thorough explanation with each step of the process was a great learning experience for my wife. Very impressive attention to detail. Also, Allen is a top notch mechanic who was able to swap out handlebars in a matter of minutes. Overall great shop and great brands! We will be return customers. Highly recommended!!

The best bike shop I have ever visited! The people of the Lehigh Valley are very lucky! Becky, Eric and Allen have a passion for cycling that you dont find at other stores. After a few weeks of what seemed like dozens of emails with Eric (which he replied to each one within minutes) I was able to visit and test ride six or seven bikes. The entire staff cares about finding you your perfect bike, no matter if you are new to the sport or seasoned, they treat you with respect. It is absolutely worth the trip if you are in the market for a new bike. I ended up with the amazing BMC GF01.

Amazing shop. We had been to another well known shop in the area for a bike for my son where the staff was rude and more concerned with the coffee bar than selling a high end bike. Becky at The Velo Shop along with her staff went above and beyond in fitting our son for his perfect bike including changing the pedals for some that were more 12 year old friendly. I highly recommend this shop and will never purchase from any other bike store in the valley.

This is a great bike shop! I went into the shop looking for a new triathlon bike & couldnt be happier with their expertise & service. Becky & Eric are so nice & very helpful. They are not pushy like other shops. Ive never felt so comfortable in a bike shop. They are both caring & passionate about their shop & cycling. Amazing experience from the moment my husband and I walked in the door. Very informative, helpful ,experienced staff. Liked the fact that they didnt just try to sell me a bike like other shops I had been to in the area but educate me on which bike would be best for what I needed.i have returned many times since my first visit and will continue to do so
