I left my bike with Bikes Etc for a number of much needed repairs. I asked him to replace the gear assembly in the rear because it was worn down. On the day I was to pick it up I called ahead of time and let him know I was on my way in. I drove 50 minutes and arrived 15 minutes before he closes for lunch (the store is only open from 10 to 12, then 2 to 4) so I had to wait in the town in 90+ degree weather for 2 hours, despite having called ahead. Finally when he did reopen (at 2:15) I asked him what brand of gears he replaced my old set with and he told me that he never replaced them. The original problem I set out to fix was not addressed and Ive already spent 2 and a half hours more than necessary. He assured me that the chain wasnt going to pop off (which is the problem I was having) so I had to take it out front for him and ride it up and down the street to show him that indeed, it does. At this point, he tells me he doesnt have the part I need but after some calls he locates a shop in Lewes, DE.. 20 miles away that has the part. I drove all the way to Lewes, picked up the part, asked them what they were billing him for the part ($26) and bring it back to him to put on my bike. He installs it, tells me hes not going to bill me labor, then charges me $35 for the part. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

do not take this shop seriously, the owner treats it as a hobby and is open more so when he wants to be rather than the posted hours. however he is a nice guy and i wish he was open more; downtown Milford needs a good bike shop.

They have just about everything you need. I had some rims fixed, they were completed quickly and well. This place is now my go-to for my cycling needs.
