First I went to Bike Line over by 309, the people were extremely rude. No greeting, and thought it was more important to help an employee vs interacting with the customer, no one else was in shop. I asked if they had used road bikes and in a quick harsh tone the lady said, No we dont sell used bikes, and turned around. I asked do you know of any place that does, NO she said. She did not even try and rebuttal us for a new bike, nothing. So we called and went to Pedallers next and spoke with Brett. Extremely nice, and helpful in picking out a bike. Not only did we buy one but bought two bikes from him that day. They had great prices and were willing to give a little on a deal. First thing my parents said, those are nice guys, they are going to treat you right and if you have issues those are the people you want. Last thing I want is a lady yelling at me before I buy a bike because I can see how she would be if I had any issues.... Im sure they would be all my fault and woud probably charge me for just inquiring. I highly recommend checking out this bike shop if you are looking for a bike and want good, friendly service!

I always wanted my bike to have disc brakes and when I could finally afford to have it retrofitted I called around. A lot of bike shops gave me really high quotes, as much as $1000, and talked to me like "it was too complicated for me to possibly understand" little did they know Im a senior engineer at my job. Then I called these guys and right from the first conversation I knew I wanted to do business with these guys and I was not disappointed! My bike came out looking beautiful with its new upgrade! They went above and beyond and gave me a great price! I may live closer to other shops, but this is where Ill be doing business from now on. The staff is very patient, kind, courteous and as soon as you walk in you can see that these guys KNOW bikes inside and out. Itll be in great hands!

Poor First Experience, dont think ill return. I went in to pick up my bike after simple repairs. I arrived at 10:15, website and voicemail state the store opens at 10. i waited til 10:30 and still no one showed up to open the store. i couldnt go back for a couple of days and when i mentioned the store not being open on time, i got no response from the owner, no explanation, no apology,…he didnt even acknowledge my words. I got no personal contact, he didnt even look up to me, thank me for my business, nothing. i paid $30 & waisted an hour trying to get my bike the first time for two need tubes in my tires…. not worth it.

Ive been using this shop for parts and service for as long as Ive been in the area (~17 years), and they have always treated me and every other customer I have seen there with the respect and fairness that is sometimes hard to find these days. I became disabled a few years ago, and while my cycle has changed to accommodate my new way of riding, these guys have continued to support me by treating me as a regular human being; a normal customer. If you have a special need, they may have to order it, but they are always willing to go the extra mile for you.
