I recently purchased a used bike on Facebook yard sale. It is a nice Raleigh bike, and just needed some TLC. I visited Cycle-Fit twice in one week, and the guys here are excellent to say the least. During my first visit, Bill worked on my bike. He reattached the front derailleur, filled the tires, and corrected placement of front tire. He was quick to make the adjustments, was professional and very friendly. I was very happy with my first visit. A few days later I went back because the seat was too high from my short stature. The problem was that the seat post was not able to be removed (lowered). Mark and Ray did all they could to help correct this, and worked together to come up with different ideas. After working for about 40 minutes, together we decided to cut part of the post and replace the seat with a smaller one that would allow me to petal comfortably. They are extremely knowledgeable, and determined to solve obstacles. You can tell they truly want happy, safe riders. I am completely satisfied with the service, the guys, and the prices! Very reasonable for the tremendous service they provided to me. I am so excited that the repairs were made so quickly, and I can now ride this bike!! Thank you so much guys! I will absolutely be back in the future! If I could give more stars for this rating I would in a heartbeat!

Just bought a really nice trek 820. Excellent price, let me test ride it. Salesman was a young man who had every answer to every question. Was not quick to push me in the highest price bike or a bike I did not need. I explained how I quit smoking, have not rode in years, was not sure how much I would stick with it. Going on vacation and did not want junk. Riding off road mostly some street and Im 6 2".. so so 19.5" Trek 820 is what I got. Bike fits perfect. Could not be more pleased. And they were open on Sunday when other shops were closed. Highly recommended and I will be going back.

Cycle-Fit of Delaware County has amazing products and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. There is truly no comparison to other chain sporting goods stores and Cycle-Fit of Delaware County for your biking needs. Our family rates them 5 stars times 10!! Everyone that works there is extremely accommodating and helpful. Ray in particular is a stellar employee in our opinion. I have been to a lot of bike shops in my day and found Cycle Fit to be among the best. Their staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about all things cycling. I went in to buy a new road bike and was immediately impressed with how much these guys know, they are serious riders and are fully equipped to help you out with any issue or question you may have no matter how obscure. I was very happy with their service and pumped about my new bike. I definitely recommend this place

I took a bike in with a flat that needed to be fixed immediately so I could be on my way to a family vacation. The stores mainstay -- I think his name is Greg -- was taking a trailer-load of deliveries, sorting dropoffs from Fedex and dealing with several other customers. I started to explain the tight spot I was in and as he was saying "not today, no way, I cant do it," I realized he was changing the flat. There should be more people running small businesses like him.

Run! Go somewhere else. Took in my bicycle kit to be assembled. They couldnt handle it. Put bike together wrong. Didnt say anything. Took my money. I almost crashed when it turned out I had no breaks. Called them back to inquire why I had no breaks and was told they couldnt assemble them and I would not get my money back. Ended up taking to another bike shop further away and they had to re-do all of their work at great expense. Bike is great now!

Great service and friendly staff is the reason we pass several bike shops to come here. We are from DE and every trip we make is worth the ride. Havent found a better bike dealer in the tri state area and weve tried many. Thanks to Ray and the staff for making us feel like weve known them for years, they spend as much time as you need and a very helpful and knowledgeable staff guarantees our return.

Went there a year ago before my first big ride and they understood that I was new to riding and didnt try and sell me on something I didnt need. Still go back for tune ups and fixes and have good prices for repairs. Would definitely recommend going there to buy or just chat about bikes. Friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff.

Great staff! This is what service is all about. Recently bought a new Trek from them and as good as the price was, the service was even better! Staff was extremely helpful and downright friendly. Just a bunch of "regular" guys who can help you prepare for the next Tour or get your family setup to ride around the block.

We live in Rutledge and we wouldnt dream of going anywhere other than Cycle-Fit! The repair techs are all excellent and theyve also done a great job selling us great bikes over the last decade, both new and used. Were so happy to patronize a non-chain store, especially one as excellent as this one. Great work, guys!

Went into this shop in need of a derailer adjustment and came out with a $65 charge. When I inquired why it was so expensive the owner gave me some song and dance about how they trued my wheels and that normally costs $20 a wheel. Not what I asked for. The owner is a bumbling idiot. Dont waste your money here!

Extremely knowledgeable. Very friendly. Excellent service. John, Greg and the gang are customer focused and have great relationships with their customers. They are equally happy to work with every level of rider and budget. By far the best experience Ive ever had with any bike shop!

Not a satisfied customer. I experienced sloppy work, long wait time, cheap parts, ridiculous prices and a poor refund policy. I had more trouble with my bike after I took it there than in all the prior 10 years owning it. Very disappointed.

Great shop! Highly recommended. Had a ton of work done back in February ( cassette, chain ,bottom bracket, brake pads, front sprockets x3 and new cranks). And no problems whatsoever.. I have warranty thru Bikeline and choose Cyclefit .

Dont go here. definitely worth the drive to go anywhere else. owner will upcharge for anything he can if he thinks he can and talks down to you if you ask a question. employees are great but the owner is rubbish.

This is the best bike store Ive ever worked with. Greg has never been too busy to explain, tuneup or fix any problem weve ever had. I wouldnt ever think of going any place else to buy or service my bikes.
