I went there for a tune up on my bike. Was told you get 3 free the 1st year. The guy behind the counter told me they dont do that and no one would ever say that. He was very rude and pretty much called me a liar. Nice customer service. When I first bought the bike, they were very nice and helpful in picking out a bike for my son. I guess they dont want to honor what they say comes with the bike...

They sell a wide range of bicycles with an equally wide range of prices. They were very helpful when I needed a part for my bicycle. The do a great job tuning up bicycles for the beginning of the riding season.
