Love this place for many reasons. I used to frequent another bike shop but because a friend bought his bike here I decided to check it out, and am glad I did. The sales staff is not pushy and offered to bring in several different models and sizes for me to try. They also dont just try to sell you the most expensive thing, the staff and I talked about my needs and to my surprise they did not try to up-sell me over my budget but offered me options for what I wanted, and lower priced options that were comparable, such as a 105 grouppo bike vs the Ultegra one I was looking at. Service is also quick, and I cannot stress how friendly the whole staff is. The other nice thing is that they are willing to work with the prices and get you into what you want, not by magically turning a $3000 bike into a $2000 one, but I was able to make deals on both bikes I got here (one for me, one for fiancee), and in the case of her bike it actually ended up being less expensive than I had expected. Great shop, have already sent a few people here and will continue to do so.

I havent ridden a bike in like 10 years and know absolutely nothing about bike stuff. I just wanted to get a bike to ride in the nice weather. I felt bad at first because we went about an hour before they closed at 4 and they seemed pretty busy, but the guys who helped us didnt make me feel weird at all. They sized me and made sure to do a safety check before letting me test drive for a comfortable "geometry" (which is, as Im learning, the posture and framing of your body in relation to the bike). Overall, the guy who helped us, Mike, was just an absolute peach. He didnt seem to mind staying later to get me situated and was accommodating on the price. Will definitely be going back for all my biking needs.

The crew at Bustleton bikes are the best! Knowledgable, friendly, and patient. I have bought two bikes from them and they never rushed me to make a decision. In fact it was the other way around. When you go there you are greeted by friendly clerks who listen to what you are looking for and provide you with options that you may like to make an informative decision. Always willing to do the extra leg work to make sure their customers are completely satisfied and they take care of my bikes if I need work done at affordable prices. If you are looking for a shop with people who will treat you like a friend and not just a customer and help you find the right deal, Bustleton bikes is the place!

Purchased a mountain bike from here a few months ago. Almost immediately I had problems with it and it malfunctioned (chain kept slipping off, gears would not change properly, etc.). I had to take the bike in for repairs over and over again. The shop did the repairs but when I confronted them about the abnormal number of repairs and problems it kept having, they were defensive and adversarial. Speaking with the manager, Josh, made matters worse as he was very unprofessional, derogatory, and inarticulate. Suffice to say I will not be buying another bike from this place.

When I came to this bike shop, I got so much help and advise from these people. Thats more than any other bike shop I ever visit. They really know their stuff and they have a pretty good selection to choose from for a small store. The prices are fair and sometimes they have items that are on sale. I brought a bike jacket that was %80 off. This is probably the only bike shop I will trust and buy from. The people there are nice and friendly unlike other places.

Honestly, I just got into bikes not that long ago. I bought my first mountain bike at Bustleton Bikes because of the people that work there. I went to a couple places with a friend of mine because we were buying bikes together not knowing much. We wound up going back to Bustleton Bikes and buying our bikes there just because of how nice and helpful they were. Mike and Carl are two of the nicest guys Ive ever met.

Took my 1 year old trek bike to get it looked at before the ride to the shore and they had it for 2 weeks and had not worked on it. I finally went and got it today. I hope that I have time to get it looked at elsewhere. Come on. Two weeks. Hire more help or take care of the off the street customer first and your contracted police bikes last.

I went in looking to get involved in biking , for the first time in years. All the staff was friendly, real pros at what they do. Pricing was terrific on the trek bike that I purchased and I was delighted with the customer service.I traveled a distance to come there , and it was well work the trip! I would highly recommend this place !

Maybe it is a nice bike shop but only if own a $1000 bike. Service is poor and guys working there always act like they are the most busy people in the world. Good luck with trying to get your bike fixed in a short period of time, they will always have another tickets in front of you. Save your time and use another shop

They told me my frame was bent, when my rear tire was rubbing against the frame. They even said they tried a different wheel, with the same result, and that I needed to replace the bike. I went elsewhere and just needed to replace the bearings of the wheel. Either they are incompetent or not trustworthy.
