I received the best customer service from this establishment. Mercedees greeted us a soon as we walked thru the door with warm and happy welcome. Kelsey and David treated me and my wife like people and not just a number. Kelsey had a great attitude and personality. David the manager was very understanding and showed a genuine interest in the reason why we needed to get a loan. The entire team there showed us that good customer service still exists and is still very important to consumers like us. I give kudos and a thumbs up to National Pawn for the outstanding service we received and recommend them to anyone in need of their type of services.

Omg ! I live in Gastonia but the customer I receive here is outstanding. My sales associate (Mercedes) makes it worth the drive 100 percent. It has never been a time I have came and not been greeted by her, she makes your experience so wonderful I just love her !!! like I stated before I live in Gastonia and travel to "National Pawn" on Eastway Dr in charlotte just to have service by her . If your looking to shop definitely go to National Pawn on EastWay Dr in charlotte and ask for "Mercedes " I promise you will not be disappointed.

I actually like this store alot a little tweaks but its good. Some of the staff are great and helpful like Danielle has always been great she welcomes you in and helps you with any help you may need. She makes you feel so comfortable. And Zach is completely amazing always there to lend a hand and answer any question you may have. Will continue to come for this customer service. I absolutely love this place. Ive been searching all day for the same item and they had it for a really great price. They had great customer service. One person who stood out the most was a worker there by the name of Danielle. She was kinda, knowledegable, had a warming smile and all around just an amazing person. If you ever go there Id recommend asking for her.

First time at National pawn today, came here because of the wonderful reviews, and i tell you they live up to them. Such a friendly atmosphere, they make you feel so welcome. If you come and get the pleasure to meet Mark, he is such a sweety and gave me a really good loan, the most ive gotten anywhere. This will be my to go to pawn shop from now on

Had a great experience at this place! Never expected to get great customer service at a pawn shop! They gave me fair prices for my items and spent time doing a large order with a smile right at closing! If you do find yourself in need of going to a pawn shop I definitely recommend this one. Terrible service, was 2nd in line and was skipped , waited over an hour , after getting and taking the offer, Kyle I do believe is his name, all of a sudden said they all ready had too many subwoofers in boxes on the floor as well as in storage in the back

Pretty cool place. I was surprised how new stuff looks. They even had cool sneakers like Jordans, foamposites, Air maxes, and Lebrons! They also loan on shoes in good condition! and that mossberg (shotgun) they had there was too live!!!!
