Very rude. Walked in with an item and before I could get 2 feet in the door the staff member yelled at me from across the store saying "no no no. We dont take those items! Sorry!" So I said okay, well this isnt the only item, can I sell this watch? He overlooked it and found a small smudge on the chain and told me there was rust and he didnt want it. I went to the car and used my fingernail to scrape the "rust" off which ended up being a piece of melted chocolate... will not return.

Never had to use a pawn broker before, but sometimes life throws you a curve. These guys were honest, straight up, and did exactly what they said they would do. I hope to never need another pawn loan again, but if I do, this is where I would go.
