To whom it may concern, I purchased a Duet RTF RC Radio Control airplane at the Value Pawn in Titusville FL on 7/11/2016 at 2:35 p.m. for my nephew to have for a birthday gift. It was taped up so I did not bother opening because they stated it was in good condition and tested it to make sure it flies and works properly. I did not question it because I purchase from there all the time. I DO NOT PAWN STUFF I BUY STUFF. My Nephew opened the gift on the 7/20/2016 only to find the wing had been taped as it was already broke and the airplane remote would not even turn on. I took back to the Value Pawn I purchased at on 7/21/2016 approximately 1 p.m. only to be told by Assistant Manager Joe that I broke the item and that they test the product and it would not be in that condition for them to sell. He also brought over store manager Allan in which Allan made me feel as if I was pulling a fast one over on them. I purchased the item for 29.99 an also bought the Product Protection Plan for 5.00 plus tax totaling 37.26. Needless to say they would not do anything for me. I am far from hard up for money and I buy items there all the time. Assistant Manager Joe also stated to me if i would have just told him the remote did not work he would have done something, but since I told him about wing being taped up, he assumed I or my nephew BROKE it. I am not sure if this post is going to be discarded or anything will be done however I feel you as a company should know and understand how the Managers at the Titusville Value Pawn deal with issues that you may have purchased there. Needless to say I will no longer do business at The Titusville Value Pawn and will also let everyone I know how I was treated and will not recommend this place for business to ANYONE. -- Former Value Pawn Customer, Ryan M. Ive been around and bought from pawn shops for over 30yrs, I grew up in Orlando moved to Brevard about12yrs ago.I did alot of business at Value in Palm Bay just like Orlando i2got some good deals. I moved to Titusville and this was the worst pawn shop ive ever been in,management was arrogant and that rolls to employees. In the last year they promote a man named Allen as the new manager. Thats why I wrote 3 stars,the problem was they were the only game in town except Spacecoast pawn,they are into tools and guns big time and they are great. Value is larger and you never know what you will find. Since new managment ive bought alot more there and I had 5 star service. They have some great employees under the new manager and its mostly the same people,only one or two still have that attitude as before so if you had a bad experience give them another try and if you get them just ask to speak to Alan. The pawn shop business isnt for everyone some people treat these employees like crap,its just the nature of the business,as matter of fact iam getting ready to go try and buy a bow now. I was looking for the hours and found this. I do here alot of crap about them but if you havent been in awhile give them a chance Alan is doing a good job and it reflects almost all the people who work their,a couple have told me he should have been manager for a long time so that means they respect him and it shows.

A bunch of way over priced and filthy used firearms. A lot of low quality used firearms, and asking ridiculous prices. I looked at at least 10 used firearms, everyone was filthy. A lot of junk as far as used firearms go.I would think that the ridiculous prices these firearms are trying to be sold, that someone would clean them. Its a lot easier selling a firearm when it is cleaned and oiled. I couldnt tell if there was wear on the firearms that I looked at. Maybe thats why they are filthy, so no one cannot tell is there is any wear on the moving parts, cracked chamber or barrel. In my opinion, this pawn shop only cares about money. Not that there customer, that may purchase a firearm, and it blow up when you try to fire it. If you would purchase a used firearm from here. Please take it to a Gun Smith to be sure it will not blow up when you shoot it.

I wish I could leave less than one star... I went in yesterday at 1:10 in the afternoon, there was 1 customer at the counter, I wanted to purchase a blu ray player and a laptop. I waited at the laptop counter for over 20 minutes for help meanwhile other customers were coming in and getting helped immediately, I finally figured I would have to go to the main counter for help and I waited behind 1 customer and when he was done and I stepped up the clerk immediately walked away without even acknowledging me, I turned around and put the Blu-ray I had in my hands down on the jewelry counter and walked out. The store was not busy!! I was not there to pawn, I was there as a paying customer. I bought a laptop for myself on mothers day, and I was back to pick another one up for my daughter, it is shameful the way they treat paying customers, shameful. I wont be back.

I absolutely LOVE this pawn shop as a buyer. I have bought a lot of my work equipment from here and so far some of the equipment out of all my inventory the items bought from here have out lasted and outperformed some of the new stuff I bought. I have dealt with Value Pawns before in general and this one is my favorite, hands down. Love the manager as he is ways works out a good deal for me and makes me feel appreciated as a customer. As far as pawning items Im not sure how they are in that aspect because Ive mostly been a buyer not one to pawn things but I think their amamzing there. I will continue to buy things from this location and will always suggest to a friend or family looking for good items.

This pawn shop should be shut down ASAP. It looks like a dump for one. Second the people are vary rude. Third I waited for over an hour to get service to buy a laptop. Two days after I took it home the screen went black and stopped working. They told me so sorry but good luck to you and just hung up on me. That place needs to be closed and the people their need to learn customer service skills. I would never buy anything from them if I was you. Unless you like giving away money to people

Me my wife and my son just got back from here. We walked there with my son in his stroller. We decided to leave his stroller outside for convenience and courtesy for the shop. Spent about 10 minutes inside and come back out and someone moved his stroller next door and threw his drink cup in a puddle. The nice management said it wasnt their problem and to leave before they called the cops. Thanks for the courtesy and help !!
