As a customer for electronics, and as a previous employee 10 years ago, I can attest to their ridiculous behavior, manners and attitude. Every employee knows nothing about any product, and couldnt care less if they did. The problem? The just act like robots! The price things in nor particular order, people pawning items get treated like they are lower than them, and usually just look on ebay or use their "corporate system of pricing/pawning" I can not stress how they just act like robots. Usually everyone that works there seems to uh... know less than the average person? All i can say is you can not teach common sense. But the company does not see that as a problem. There is a reason they have a low rating. They. Just. Dont. Care.

WoW what a joke this place is if you look on their labels you can decipher their cost and their markup, its usually something stupidly idiotic like they paid $5 for something and marked it up to $250! Bring them a brand new computer and theyll offer ya a dime ya you might be able to get most of these junkies around here that way but the proof is in your products. Or maybe the lack there of any decent products! Before you go here, hit up google, anything you find in this store is available online and most likely for half the cost. Maybe one day they will learn to quit bending their customers over and giving it to them with no lube but in the mean time go on and and get shafted!!!!!

WOW This place is a joke. Not only do they underpay for anything pawned but also they have a ridiculous mark up! ALSO, I called once to see if they had a certain product available and the man proceeded to say "I am busy right now." He refused to look up the product. After they hung up on me I was so distraught I called back and asked to speak to a manager....The manager informed me on Monday mornings they are to busy to look up a product for a customer. CUSTOMER SERVICE= F----- PRODUCT PAWNING/ RESALE= F---- Take your business somewhere worthy of it.

They never answer their phone !! One time they did but they just put me on hold until I hung up ! I set my phone down to test them and I looked at the time before I hung up and it said an hour and 45 min . As a business owner myself I am shocked by this and wonder how much business they loose becouse of this ...

This place knows nothing of customer service, i waited in line for 15 mins to be helped only to be bypassed for two people that were behind me in line to make a payment. Their service always sucks and really they just need to shut this place down. Seeking district manager or area management numbers.

The Managers there are amazing!!! They gave my mom more on her gold than the other local shops in town. The Store Manager personally thanked us for coming in. The New Management is amazing.
