Worst experience I have ever encountered in a retail store. Employees were shady, deflective, insulting and outright crooked. I walked in to purchase a tattoo kit and at first I got a good deal. I left the store without making sure the merchandise functioned which I regret in hindsight got down the road a ways and was looking over the power supply box. It was broken inside!!! I turned around walked in and asked "do you guys not check this stuff before you put it out to sell?" The guy replied yes but I wasnt on that day of course..they were totaly unhelpful and did not even offer to compinsate me just give me my money back..they were actually going to put the broken kit back out to sell "as is"!! I couldnt believe my ears...and when I asked well I still want the other items in the kit what are u gonna do for me?. He had the balls to say well we already gave u the sale price we can take $10.00 off..making me feel like I should be greatful for buying their broken crap... They would not even hook up the machines to the other power supply in the other kit to make sure they even worked!!!...unbelievable!!! My advice never go into that place unless u want to be outright screwed, robbed and lied to..BLUE DIAMOND PAWN is the best shop in the area. I would have gone were I always go but they had no power supplies.....shoppers beware!!!

Ive been a customer from the git>go.... they have good products (Ive gotten computers, a camera, tablet, appliance, CDs, etc). They have worked with me on pricing (Ive never been duped) as a matter of fact..... when purchasing in bulk theyve taken money off...after being a customer for awhile they have basically made me feel like a VIP. Always friendly, respectfull envirnoment. Ive been to the other Pawns in Palm Bay and some in Melbourne Cash America?? Im not goin anywhere!!! One of the cleanest pawn shop around Palm Bay. Great staff specially Merleen and Maria they are always friendly and ready to assist you, definitely ask for them when you go in! Highly recommend it!
