They are liars and crooks. They are selling the item (b.c. rich mockingbird masterpiece bass guitar) for 330. When i talk to the guy who claims he is manager and we agree on a price, and I am the only one watching the item. When i go to bid on the item the 330 we agreed on, he changes the price to 350. When I call in, same guy picks up the phone, now talks with fake accent and claims manager is never there works from home only and they have no way of reaching him. Bait and switch in its finest. Stay away unless you want to be lied to and swindled. Horrible. Very very dishonest. F -.

Be warned...Dont trust anything they say...Called the night b4 at closing about dirt bike said it was available... Drove 2 hours to pick up..it was sold 2 days ago thru ebay....they did not take add off Craigs list...and employees had no idea it was sold....thanks for the the geat customer service and work ethic...never again...

This shop has excellent customer service. I had recently proposed to my girlfriend and was looking to size the ring. Even though they were unable to do it before we left they replaced the ring enlarger I had for free to try and make things better. Very friendly. If I lived in the area I would frequent this establishment!

I couldnt have felt any worse how I was treated. Based on the poor English on the positive reviews I would need to assume the owners and their friends wrote them. Bottom line...horrible attitude, lacking in customer service. This is America, treat Americans with respect and dignity.

Worst pawn shop ever. Workers are very rude everytime and dont seem to care much when you call. Also dont even waste your time with this place bc they will lowball you on everything. Save your time and try eBay or a different shop.
