This place is a joke. I bought a game and when i got home it didnt even work. I called and the person working was beyond rude. I went to the shop the next day and asked for my money back. They said no refunds and I could only exchange the game for another one in the selection. So I chose a game and was on my way. When I got home to test the second game, again, it didnt work. I went back to the store a few days later and exchanged for a game that was brand new so I wouldnt be scammed again. As if this experience wasnt bad enough, they had placed the game that I initially bought right back in the display case for sale again as "in working condition". Just terrible business ethics. I guess it is a pawn shop, but come on!!!

Brought in a Jennings .22 pistol and was told that "due to the low demand" he could only offer me $15 for it. After refusing the offer and leaving, a costumer followed me out and made me an offer of $40 wile in the parking lot. After it was all said and done, we agreed on a price of $65... These guys at the pawn shop couldnt buy a clue... No thanks

I have been going to Prestige since they 1st opened and I have always been treated fair and with respect. A few times I was late making my payment and they were nice and said just bring it in as soon as you can. What other pawn shop does that for ya? NOBODY!!!!

I have tried to take many items to this pawn shop and never where they interested in buying them even though they were good items so unless ur trying to get ripped off on some jewelery i would not suggest this pawn shop to anyone

Very rude people. Will rip you off. Got way beter deal at BST in Weirton. Will never go back to Presige again. The one in Weirton is just as bad. Dont go there. RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!
