I Love This Pawn shop!!! Alfredo and Louise are the BEST!!! I literally drove down from PA 10 hrs to Charlotte NC to pawn an item because NO one would give me what I needed for my pawn loan. That is dedication!! They are wonderful have been dealing with them for 4 years and they really do care and take care of you as much as they can and I thank them for this. No matter what state I move to I will always drive to them to take care of my pawns because they really do try hard and they do a wonderful job!!!!!

Ill give them at least one star for great customer service and deals. But I literally just bought a 46" Insignia 1080p flat screen from these guys 3 weeks ago, and literally the LCD started giving out. I called and talked to the manager that was so helpful when I first bought it to see if he could work something out, and literally he just said after 7 days you cannot return any item

My experience with EZ-pawn was by far the best. Their shop is well organized and clean. They greet you at the door with a pleasant smile and geniune hello. They have nice jewelry for great prices. I recommend them to everyone.

very unprofessional the guy googles the lowest price on the internet history as a tool and takes that and cuts the price in half to rip you off I do not recommend.
