Amazing family business! I have had nothing but great service and a feeling of home at Ustinov. There is an instant trust with Randy and Bill and the entire staff. Whether you are in for a repair or advice or a custom piece, there is something about the way they treat you that makes you feel comfortable leaving your sentimental things in their hands. Randy created my 15th anniversary ring..I couldnt be more delighted and I receive endless compliments. I wouldnt send my repairs to anyone else. And since I have moved out of state, I still call and buy from them as well as send my repairs that I need! Customer service is just as good in the store as it is from a phone call! Such a fun and friendly, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE crew. I couldnt trust anyone else. Great Job Ustinov!

I went in bc I heard their commercial on my local AM station. It stated that if you bring your watch in for a battery change, they donate 100% of the cost to the local homeless shelter. I went in to ask what one (Sister Roses House, which Im very familiar, as I volunteered a few times to go in & give free haircuts), and if what I heard was true, and they confirmed it. So, its $5 for them to put a new watch battery in, and 100% goes directly to the homeless shelter. I tell everyone about it, and I hope whoever goes for the watch battery, finds, like I did, that they are really nice there, and personable, and would go there again, for ANY jewelry needs... Which reminds me.. I have a few broken things that need fixing!;)

RE: Remi Soule For over 38 years my family and I have been driven about customer service loyalty, we always try and do just what our customers ask of us, however against our advice customers such as Ms Soule ask us to do something that in not the normal on jewelry. We give advice about how it may look and also about how it will feel. But the end decision is always the customers. After warning her about how it would feel and look she decided to go ahead anyway.. When learning that the ring did not fit her I Personally adjusted the ring and had it ready in less than 2 hours.. Still about good customer service no matter what Sincerely William J. Ustinov
