*I must say that I have never written a review of any kind, good or bad and I am well into my 30s now, so know there is a real reason I do so today, so take heed to what Im about to say; STAY AWAY! Stay away from Eric, their gimy salesman. Stay away from Larry, overseer of grimy salesman and probably extra gimy himself to become manager. All and everything about their operation is extremely shady. Stay AWAY! My story: I recently called about a car and I wanted to know the history on it before a made the trek down from Redmond (round trip is close to a two hour drive) When I called a salesman named Eric picked up. I asked him for the carfax and he said he would have his manager text it to me. Never happened so i called back. Eric explains to me that his manager (Larry) tried and for some reason cant send the carfax but tells me that his manager told him all about the car and that it was just recently traded in by its ORIGINAL owners, an older couple that just didnt drive it much. He did disclose that there was an accident in the cars carfax and that the car was totalled out. Being a much older car, any accident would probably cause it to become a total loss since it cost more to fix than the car is worth, so an accident didnt scare me, especially with only one owner and only having 43k miles on it. Plus Eric tells me there is no frame damage and that it runs great, that i should come check it out and i wont be disappointed. So I drive down. When I finally get there Eric has the carfax for me. 5! Yes FIVE previous owners before i even see it! Didnt even want to test drive it. With only 43k miles, 5 owners says a lot about a car; like stay away! But since i was lied to and drove all the way down there, i figured i should still see how it drives. The transmission felt like it was going to fall out of the bottom every time it was put in reverse. When i confront Eric about why he and his manager would lie, saying there is only one owner, he changes his story and says that the old couple that traded it in told him they had been the only owners, not his manager. Ha! right.... So when i call his manager and tell him about my experience and then i tell him about the car and that it shouldnt be even for sale with transmission like that. He tells me hes not sure how he was sold a car with a bad transmission because they got that car through a dealership auto auction! They will lie to you any way possible to get you to think youre buying a great car! Like I state many times, and i cant emphasize it enough... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 star is an understatement for these guys if they had negative stars Id give them that. Bought my truck undetailed and with no mantience done to it, dealership fought me to get windshield replaced, had to argue it was against the law. Had to do the windshield when it was good for them so they could get other cars done, waited a week to finally get it detailed the truck was not prepared when buying it. And a week after buying the truck devolped an exhaust leak and the brakes had horrible wobble come to find out rotors were warped, but hey supposly it passed pre buyer inspection with broken windshield bad brakes and exhaust leak. Thought this was the end of my troubles but had to make 4 trips and numerous phone calls only to be told my plates would be in soon, then a few weeks, then to find out the truck wasnt paid off yet. 5 months later today I got my plates. 3 weeks previously I was told they would be hand delivered for the inconvenience and that I would receive a free oil change. Neither happend. Asked when worked for them for an oil change with no response back. " supposly there trying to improve there customer service". I was the one in the end calling and spending my time to go down there for answers. The owner is a joke and cant handle the company and the manager says hes turning things around but is far from it. Customer service skills suck at this place and the vechiles dont get inspected throughly. After what Ive been through I will make sure to tell anyone I know not to go here and deal with what Ive gone through.

Sketchy, dodgy and rude to boot! Opened at least 30 minutes late. Once he came over he told us fairly up front that the cars we were interested in where on rebuilt titles, but claimed that was due to "cosmetic damage, nothing serious". He went inside to get copies of our DL so we could test drive and meanwhile I did some more research re rebuilt titles and insurance, resale value, etc and when he came back out I let him know we just werent comfortable, sorry. He started trying to convince us we were wrong - and had yet to provide the carfax or autocheck so we could actually see what the history was. Then he got really cranky & said, "Well you could have said something before I went to all the trouble!" (At this point he had MAYBE spent 10 min with us.) At least his crappy attitude made me even more sure this wasnt a place I wanted to give my business to. Some of these cars might look like deals but do your homework and dont expect youll be able to trade it into any reputable dealer without a clean title. Found a better deal with excellent service 2 miles up the road at Subaru.

When I first got there, I was looking at the cars and particularly the one I wanted. The sales people were not at all annoying, they do not bug the customers. If you want to test drive a vehicle or ask a question, you just simply approach them, they are easily approachable. When I test drove my vehicle, I was alone. That was weird to me, because I was always used to having an associate ride during test drives. It was an awesome experience getting to drive the vehicle by myself because you did not have anyone over looking your shoulders. All in all this place is a great business and the sales people over there relaxed and helpful. If you do not like sales people having to bug you all the time and getting to test drive by yourself, I recommend going to Northwest Autoway.

Originally I gave 5 stars for friendly service. However I have to update it. The battery of the purchased car was dead at the lot. The sales man jumped it for the test drive. I requested a brand new battery when purchased. After they promised to replace the old one with a new battery, I ended up with just a "good" battery (according to the salesman) that has died twice in 2 weeks already. Trunk was so filthy after they supposedly had it taken to a detail shop. Had horrible smelling brown water sitting on the bottom of spare tire.

Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour before he could even help us. When we got there he was about 8 feet away from us but didnt even bother coming up to introduce himself or talk to us, we had to come to him and he didnt seem too thrilled about it either. And the car we were wanting to look at ended up being a rebuilt title, along with a lot of the other cars on the lot. So the vehicle was definitely not worth what they were wanting for it. We still test drove the vehicle and it was below the empty line so Im surprised we didnt get stuck on the side of the road. Instead of test driving a trade in themselves they KBB the values. But I just cant get past the horrible customer service we experienced. Will not be returning.
