I found a vehicle here I was interested in via Craigslist ad. I noticed they had an option to text so decided I would try it out and I received a quick response to my initial message. As the conversation progressed though, I realized whoever I was talking with obviously did not care about actually selling a vehicle nor did they have any interest in me as a customer. Being slightly annoyed about this, I sarcastically said "killer salesmanship" (unnecessary, but I was frustrated at this point). I was then accused of being a "deadbeat" and told to go screw myself. Hopefully they dont treat all their customers this way, and are more professional than what I experienced.

Pacific Avenue Motors is not run by the same family that it was ran by for over 50 plus years. Two years ago the family rented the lot to another person. No relation. It is now called Pacific Avenue Auto Sales. That person is operating under his own business license and dealer license.

I was trying to talk to the owner of this dealership and the refuses to talk to me. I am only trying to help an elder friend get her tabs and plates so she can drive safe. Her temp plates are out dated. I feel that this is not good business.

I was happy with my car just wish i would have gad it checked out before i purchased it..so i had a friend check it out..only problem was air filter..bt i do love my car nd the guys were great with me

My dad has bought 6 cars from here 3 of which became mine and all were dependable and reasonably priced. Business was great when the old man ran it not so great now that his son is in charge.
