Very disappointed at the service. I dropped my car off and they didnt call me back despite several calls to the dealership over a span of three days. I finally had to show up at the dealership and demand to speak to someone. I had purchased the maintenance warranty and extended warranty upon purchasing this truck. They tried to charge me $300 for a piece of paper stuck in the AC motor fan but couldnt tell me how that is possible since the fan has guards and filters that should be preventing foreign items from getting inside. They insisted that none of the warranties cover this. I didnt have it fixed and just picked up my car. This is my last time with these people. I have no more patience for them. I have purchased a car through them previously and they did well but their service department definitely leaves something to be desired. Do yourself a favor and maintain your car somewhere else.

Wow - this place is awful. Very motivated to buy and placed INITIAL call today at 2:15pm (a Wed.) and the phone just rang and rang... after about 10 rings I finally got the directory prompt to choose sales or service. I chose sales. Phone once again rang and rang (about 12 times or so) and then dropped me into a FULL voicemail box. WTH? I pressed zero for the operator. Got "general mailbox - IS FULL" Are you kidding me? Eventually after going around in circles like a dog chasing his own tail for 5 minutes I got the main operator (live person) who had to "page" the sales person to answer the phone. I got a guy named "Davis" who honestly gave me the run around about whether or not they could actually place an order for a 2017 model vehicle Im highly interested in. Jesus - if theyre this bad before even MAKING a sale, I dont want to know what its like afterwards... bye - looking somewhere else.

One star is even wasted for this store. So stupid service and working. I bought a car and it had two problems. Bought the car in April and actually used the car for 2 weeks and it is still parking at the store. The dealer said i am just selling the car. It is not my fault. Never said sorry. How could they work like this and selling the car?? For 4 month. Where is my money and my time? I visit the store again and they said you can pick up the car whenever you want. It has been already fixed. And some days later i visit them and they finally said sorry we fixed a wrong car. ???? Are you kidding me? Playing with me now? Isnt it so stupid? Because i am a foreign? So stupid store i will definitely complain to the ford. They just make money and no service. Before selling and after selling, you can see how different they are if you buy a car here unfortunately.

In this review I am rating the customer service from the service department. What I really hate, is a service department that doesnt answer their phone. I would say 8 out of 10 times that I have called they did not answer the phone. Finally, I just gave up and drove to the dealership for my update. HIRE MORE PEOPLE or have your staff provide better updates when car service will be delayed for more than a day. I am hoping that this service is not the norm and I hope others have a better experience. On a positive note, I did finally got my car back and they were nice enough to wash it and the parts that needed to be replaced were done and the car was in great shape. Thanks repair team!

BATE AND SWITCH Be very careful this is a very unethical business. I agreed to buy a vehicle I found online, negotiated a price and authroized a $500 credit card deposit. Called back to verify and they tried to sell me a car that was $9k more. I declined and said I would be in to finish the paperwork on the car I agreed to buy and was called a few hrs later and told the car was not safe and could not be sold. I was almost to the dealer after driving 6 hrs so I stopped in and was treated very rude and again they tried to sell me a different and more expensive car. And they refused to sell me the car I put a deposit on. I will be filing a formal complaint with the FTC.

Veracom has been very difficult to work with. 3 Months have no lapsed and my title is not perfected. 3 Months have gone by without my contract being honored. I have tried multiple times to call and connect with the guy who sold us the vehicle (with cash) at least on 7 different occasions. Im told the same thing every-time. "hes with a customer, can you leave us your number and hell return your phone call" I did just that every single time. NO PHONECALL. NOTHING. THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE and their follow up is just as bad. What a bunch of dishonest people. Not to mention, my car was filthy when I bought it. so filthy, I took it to a detailer the next day.

I called four times to get service and finally got someone. To be clear I called every day for four days, and got hung up on, transferred, put on hold, etc. Finally made an appointment, and I when I showed up, they said, "oh, sorry, we dont have the parts". REALLY??! You cant call out to tell me before I show up? I decided to get an oil change and basic service anyway - now I am waiting for a call back that they are done, or not, or whatever the status is. I *hope* they did good work. I *KNOW* they dont communicate well. I doubt very much Ill ever go back, and reading other reviews one wonders how they are in business.

Service and communication is horrible. Brought our truck in at our appointment time on Tuesday morning. They never bothered to look at it until Wednesday afternoon. After we called a bunch of times we were told to come Thursday at 5:00 to pick it up. We arrive at and it isnt ready and wont be until Friday. We asked why they didnt call to let us know that they werent done and they just shrugged and said they would tell us when we got there. I will NEVER use them again and will encourage other to go elsewhere. Veracom has been horrible since the moment we bought the truck. So disappointing.

Their team is very helpfull and patient, thanx to Robert, Albert and Raymond. I recently relocated recently from South Africa, and tried to buy a new car. No other garage wanted to help, since I have no credit score, and only a co signer. I paid a deposit to one of the last 2014 mustang models with specific accessories and colour in mind. They offered me huge discount on this car, but unfortunately it has already been used by another dealership. They were helfull in refunding the deposit and searching for another model.

I brought my Ford F350 truck w/camper into the shop after the wrench icon appeared on my dash while going over the San Mateo Bridge. After receiving excellent directions on how to get there we pulled in and were greeted with everyone ready to get to work. They got to work right away and kept our spirits high as they informed us on what they were doing the whole time. After a while we were back on our way to Half Moon Bay. Thank you so much John and Adan for all the great service!
